I brought my daughter a Refrigerator and StoveSame Day Delivery(Caught the truck before?)My daughter and I was very happy/ please.The salesperson was very kindThe delivery guys and such professional/nice.I Am Very Please With My Appliances.

I was very impressed with my used refrigerator. They give 60 days warranty on all of their products. They had everything that you are looking for. Washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator. They also carry microwave and more.

The WORST & POOREST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WAS LIED TO NUMEROUS TIMES. SOLD TO ME A DEFECTIVE STOVE & MADE ME DANCE AROUND FOR REPLACEMENT & RELUCTANT TO REFUND!!!I DONT recommend them to anyone at all.

If i could give this place no stars i would. Horrible customer service. Took 3 weeks to get my items then they didn’t even arrive on time the came 4 hours late. 2 of the items are broken cant even be used and guess what???? They refuse to answer the phone!!! Guess ill be sitting in their store today demanding my money back telling everyone dont buy from them!!!!!! I wish i could upload the pictures

Wow, where do I start??? My delivery was scheduled for a Thursday but got delayed to the following week. When appliances delivered, was told that someone would return that Monday to hook up my coin washer/dryer but they never showed. Now the refrigerator is leaking and door wont close. I called over 50 times. They will courteously take your message and then do NOTHING! I am to the point where I want them to pick up their junk and give me a refund!!!

The Owner lacks business acumen and holds no sincerity for his customers.

They are horrible with everything they do don’t deliver one one they bring the wrong items then you have to wait over a week to get the right item then the dryer is broken now after a month trying to get them to come out and fix it because I have a 6 month warranty they constantly give me the run around on the phone it’s been 3 weeks and still no one has come out black people always want someone to support their business but gives poor service and have an attitude when you want them to do something right I hate I just waisted my money like this it would really be no stars if it was allowed

In the market for a used stove & refrigerator for my apartment. I want to be able to paint it and change the hardware. Just my opinion, what they charge, I add $50 and can buy me a brand new one. Which is what I end up doing. Taking advantage of people for pandemic. Shame on you!!!

It’s terrible you cannot support black business... do NOT buy from here... all the reviews are right... horrible customer service and lying owner... been a week trying to get someone to fix the fridge THEY gave 6 month warranty on and failed in the first 30 days. I have type 1 diabetes and now $1000 worth of medicine gone in a pandemic because they can careless... going back to the suburbs where you can actually have a decent transaction

Worst service experience ever, called friday scheduled appointmentfor saturday the next day at 10am. I took off work to be there on timeto meet the service technician who never showed up i call they hadno record of the appointment . I went to there store monday morningspoke to the owner Steve who apologize and said he would havesomeone there a 11am today, of course no showed no call, when i calledthe lady who answered the ph had no record of my appointment andshe will ck and call me back in a few minutes, 1 1/2 hour later she calls only to tell me no one was coming and she would send someone in the morning i said call me 1st needless to say im still waiting

Just terrible service to the customer with the dont show up with your appliances that youll just bought from them and dont call you about where is your appliances at please people save your money and go to best buy store.

Prices are decent but late in delivery and quality is poor. Make sure the delivery does not scratch up your floors.
