Even 1 star is more for this place! The way of doing business of this place is totally not right! I told them simple thing, wear gloves when preparing my meat, the rejected it. Some people they have an allergy, this guys not wearing gloves and their knives for general use. Owner is saying its slippery when cutting meat with gloves, but he knows for sure its a rule! I want to complain him for City, but he is Muslim, my brother! Totally dissatisfied! Totally disappointed! I am a customer! I am paying for this order! This is my last time when I bought from this place!

Good place I visited at this place around 3am the Pakistani Chacha was good and knowledgable nice fresh meat 🥩 thé bûcher cleaned the meat and made the pieces as I wanted .just one this I don’t understand my total was x amount of dollars and they charge me few cents more .its totally fine few cents is nothing but It would me more clear if you let your customers know for what reason that few cents were charged extra .i am assuming as I paid with my Amex gold card may me for that anyways never mind over all good experience

Good clean store to buy fresh meat specially goat meat and steaks.

Their meat is best among the ones I tried on Devon. 24/7 service. Recently they have improved customer service and now they have more friendly staff at counter which was a problem previously. Grocery is fresh.

Nayab mart is the wonderful place for Asian grocery stuff with fresh zabiha halal meat on Devon. Me and my family is very fond of their fresh cut pieces of mutton chops . I often like every week i visit this store to grab them .. I really appreciate the Owner for providing such good meat with reasonable prices but unfortunately i would like to let him knew that the butcher people in the meat section if they try to treat us in well mannered way on our presence this would make us fully satisfied.. i was disappointed with them as they abuse us in Spanish language when we go to pickup the meat . I had pretty bad experiences with butcher staff .. if the owner shows them a slightly mannered decent manners that would be appreciated.

Very very bad experince last week i buy some stuff in nayab mart they have hair inside i go back to return & show counter person they fight me they told me owner told saleman they all product have any problem or have any bad stufff they can not return they have chicago policie where chicago have policy for that very bad experience

Prices are double compares to other zabiha halal meat stores and also i didnt like service as well. Sorry but i like being honest, you gotta do better, also very rude and arrogant staff ( you g guys at counter), very unprofessional and useless.

I asked them to give half baby goat they given me lamb and goat mix. Happens twice. I thought first time by mistake happen can understand second time also they did same.

Beware of the highly skilled stealth in butcher department. They are organised in stealing your meat after it is billed. They make you go away saying it will take one hour or more to process your order.they remove lot of real meat on the name of cleaning. I was already aware of this and said no cleaning. This time they removed one of 3 pieces of every shank.Supervisor in the butcher section is highly talented in this. They do this at premium cost for meat. I am sure Stealing the food that is supposed to go for kids is a sin in any religion and owner ( may be not aware of this) still will get some part of this. Hope this helps the owner and other customers like me.

I have been taking my guests to this spice shop for the past 6 years. I have a small tour business and recently I had a very negative experience at the store. Despite the fact it was a minor issue, the customer service was so bad that i decided to write this review. The gentleman at the register had no manners on how to deal with problems or customers concern. Not only he was extremely rude, but flat out offensive. When i inquired about the manager/owner, and request to speak to him/her, he pretty much dismissed my request. I have taken over 2000 people to this shop and because of their customer service and many other minor experiences in the past, I will no longer be taking my guests to this place. I am not sure if the owner of this place read or care about reviews but if you care about good customer service, please avoid this place.

Nayab was very famous but who work in nights specially young guys very bad customer service.

The are very busy and mutton is with kind of ok quality.if you would go for small quantity say 2-3lbs the shop keeper behavior would not respond to you properly .better avoid if you look for small quantity.

One stop shop for all your Desi groceries. They have pretty much all kind of Spices (Masalas) in here. They sell Zabiha Halal meat and their Meat section is always busy. Highly recommending this place for Zabiha Halal meat. Good thing is that they take Phone orders.

Worst customer service, worst meat ever, and the counter guy got angry on me when I complained about the meat, meat was horrible and taste horrible after I cooked, I doubted they are serving halal meat . Many other options on Devon, I will go never going back to this Nayab store

Placed order 10 am, drove 45 minuets to get it and it was still not ready at 3pm, the owner was pretty rude and said it ll b ready in next 2 hours if u want it then wait otherwise u can leave..
