I work in a body shop. Parts are always damaged. Fenders bent in half. 5/10 times your part is damaged. Always look at part if you can before the driver leaves. The driver tries to leave before you can inspect parts.

Placed a order over the phone on 02/09/21 for delivery the next day. On 02/10/21 when material was suppose to be delivered we had to call to get a ETA and was told that the wrong date was put into the system. On 02/11/21 when we were suppose receive our order, once again we had to call to get a ETA and was told that there was no order in the system. After two whole hours on the phone with the back and forth, had to place a whole new order to replace the original that was apparently deleted from their system. At this point were still waiting on delivery!

Disappointed. Didn’t even meet KSI

KSI made my driver wait 80 minutes in the office to receiver a fender. After speaking to the clerk at the front desk. I understand the pandemic changed business protocols, but at some point the staff needs to try and assist the customers in the lobby area. Staff was incompetent and there were multiple employees who failed to wear their mask properly. The pandemic has been around since March. It is now July.

This place is expensive compared to their competitors. The people here are awesome, knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. They will also work with you on lowering their prices a little bit if ask nicely. They carry some things that even the biggest competitors dont have. I will recommend that they work on lowering their prices and better signage to make it easier to find while driving down Roosevelt Road.

We got what we needed in an instant. Our customer is very satisfied.

I am a local automotive and body shop in the Chicagoland area I use Universal quite often the staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond what their customer service. If theres ever a part that is mixed up or damaged they make sure to take care of you immediately they dont put you on hold or give you the runaround. Theyre very straightforward and honest theyre human as well it happens to the best of us. I would highly recommend Universal even to the General Public.
