I called C & W Auto Body and Glass for a quote to remove some scratches from the side panel of my vehicle. I promptly received a call back with the recommendation to stop by the shop. Upon visiting the shop I was helped immediately, provided with a selection of options, and was able to quickly resolve the issue. Robert was the advisor who helped me and he was genuinely looking out for me in the process. Robert provided me recommendations of the work I should have them perform, which ultimately saved me money. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of customer service, work, and efficiency.

I was in a car accident and my passenger side took quite a bit of damage! C&W took only 1 WEEK to fix this and have me on the road again! Their work is phenomenal! They use some program which sends texts and updates you about your car so you never feel out of the loop! I definitely recommend this place.

I had a snow accident that jammed up my front bumper and rammed my car against another behind me. My insurance company suggested this location. Honestly, I was really hesitant because I was so used to going to Toyota for all my fixes—but their service fees are crazy due to the overhead and to be honest, also unintentionally impersonal. At C & W, my boyfriend and I were greeted with such a pleasant and professional welcome from Robert. He laid out how they were going to work with my insurance and going to give me text updates every day. Robert was impressively keen to notice the little bumps on my car that weren’t from the accident that I came in for (I don’t know when he did it as I was talking to him non-stop the entirety of this first interaction, but he was really accurate). Nothing was left to assumptions, and I had a quick initial drop off. Got updates via text from C &W, and a call from my insurance adjuster. All was good and expected my car to be in the same condition as before the accident. I was wrong to expect so little. We pulled into the back of the building and I saw this shining beauty—no snow residue AT ALL from the crazy snow storms, tires were crisp looking, and I don’t know if I had rose tinted glasses or the inside of my car looked much cleaner than I had left it too (like I said...there was a snow storm so you can imagine). Car looked new and you couldn’t even tell there was an issue with it. They even seemed to fix up an issue I had with screwing in my license plate. I’m very happy with my service and although I hope I won’t need to go back, this will be my spot and recommendation for my friends.

I was sent to C & W by Geico and took my car here for the first time to be repaired after the body was hit and damaged in a parking lot. Easy process and the staff was friendly. They did an amazing, above and beyond job! I had the ugliest scrapes down my car and you cant even tell it was ever there. I even had a damaged mirror from being hit another time and scrapes all over my bumper from city wear and tear and they fixed it all without me even asking. Another additional bonus touch was that they cleaned, waxed and detailed my car when it was finished. I was actually proud to drive my car again.I cant recommend enough. Thank you C&W!

It turned out to be a great choice. They repaired the car very well and off I went. After a couple of months, an unknown collision-related problem began to surface, so I took it back to C&W. Excellent body work

Brought the car in for some extensive hail damage and they were extremely accommodating. The work was done while we were on vacation and available for pickup upon our return. They worked with our insurance and even did a little extra work buffing out some scratches for a reasonable price. The repairs looked great and they were friendly and provided excellent customer service. I will bring my car back for any future body work.

Wow! I had a minor problem with my car so I thought and I started at NTB! They could not help me! Ok I decided maybe I should just go to the Dealership because I know they will be able to help me and with a better warranty! Nope! I thought about it and called C & W. They said bring it in and we will check it out! An Hour or so later they came to me and said OK you are all done!! Did business with them due to an accident, your basic insurance claim deal. Gave us a loaner for super cheap, very friendly and totally willing to take the time to answer any questions. Ended up totalling the car so unfortunately I cant speak on a final result in terms of quality of the repair.

They said 3 days to fix my bumper and bondo my tailgate on my truck. Took 2.5 days and they called me right away. Very satisfied with the work it looks factory everyone was professional and nice.

After I dented my new car I took it to C&W which is where Geico recommended. GREAT CHOICE! This was a VIP experience. I showed up for my consultation, there was NO WAIT, and they gave me a cup of coffee while they checked out my car. A few minutes later they had the quote ready- $500 less than the first quote I got. I dropped off my car after hours and picked it up after my vacation, they gave me no problems with this. When I picked up my car it was CLEAN and GOOD AS NEW. And everybody was so polite and helpful. I hope I never need auto body work again but if I do this is where Im going hands down. This place earned their 5 stars, Ive never been treated so well at any auto shop. A++

I took my car in after being rear-ended as this shop was Geico approved. They were very helpful and informative. I had received a very high quote from a Toyota Dealership and Jimmy (the Geico Rep at the shop) went so far as to call Toyota to clear up information, resulting in me saving over $300 and having a peace of mind learning what truly needed to be done on my car.I had to leave my car at the shop overnight and was given a ride to the Red Line station so I could get to my home easier! They had the car done overnight and let me know as soon as possible when it was completed and ready for pick up (cleaned the inside even!).Everyone in the shop made me feel welcomed and kept me informed. Id certainly go there again if bodywork was needed on my car and really appreciate the honesty and help from Jimmy.

I would highly recommend C & W to any friends or family. I brought my vehicle for some minor scratches to the paint. In total I was in and out within 15 mins. German Endara took care of me. He was extremely professional!

There was $40 worth of stuff missing from the car when it was returned. Claimed no one went inside the car despite the car being cleaned and vacuumed. Then conveniently told me that they were not responsible for lost or stolen items.

My car was taken to C&W after a nasty 3 car accident from being rear ended. Geico ended up totaling the car, but Rob at C&W worked with me the entire way to try and salvage the vehicle and fix what he could. Unfortunately after a few days of inspection, the damage cost just ended up being too high. Rob was incredibly thorough and upfront with me the entire way. It was a a rough situation, but I couldnt have asked for better customer service and compassion along the way. Hopefully Ill finally have some good luck, but if I ever need repair work in the future, I will absolutely be returning to C&W.

This is a real post from a real customer. These guys know what they are doing and the job came in on-time and on-budget. My car has custom body work that requires a specialist in carbon fiber and fiberglass and C&W has just such a specialist. My fender had some damage but after the repair, it looks perfect!

Horrible experience, I worked with Herman, who said one thing and did another multiple times. He did not order the part as he said he would, the repair was delayed and delayed my trip out of town even though promised earlier. The amount of time they quoted for labor was totally false and more than $100 more than actual labor. He was not willing to adjust this as they knew they overcharged. Once the repair was done, the part was the wrong size. I called to inquire and was given the runaround. I am very upset, do not use this company.

Dont take your car anywhere else, these guys are the best and they are honest.
