Theyve worked on my vehicle at least 3 different times. One time the radiator overheated leaving me in a jam while doing a delivery job. I brought my vehicle back just for them to fix it again properly. I feel like I was getting taken advantage of at one point because Ive let others see their work and it was stated they did a quick fix to hurry me up out of there. I was oblivious to it all because I have little experience with fixing Hyundais and identifying all the parts needed to make sure its properly fixed. I feel like depending on your knowledge of your vehicle and who you are as an individual its a hit or miss . Maybe because Im perceived as young, inexperienced and possibly blind to see if Im being duped or not but my father told me to take my vehicle to Mr. Khans on Pulaski and Lawrence. He says integrity goes a long way and some people lack it but A.K auto has it.

Customer service is at an all time low at this place. Jazz is extremely rude as if you’re getting service done for free.

I highly recommend them they have worked on all of my personal vehicles as well as my commercial vehicles for my business theyre very professional skilled mechanics and comparable rates and always get the job done in a reasonable amount of time

Ive had to come here a couple of times in the last year, and both times I was very glad that I did. The service is excellent, their Associates are kind and informative, even my extended warranty said that their prices were very fair. We were helped by the owner. He as well as his staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop is in a very convenient location and seeing as we have a toddler, it was very nice to just walk to McDonalds while we waited. We were taken as a walk-in but were out of there within 30 minutes which was awesome. Initially, we came here because of a groupon deal but fully intend on coming here for our future auto maintenance.

Fast and affordable service

I will spare many of the detail and just get my review up. I went for an oil change, and radiator flush months ago. They didnt fill my radiator back up, which lead to the radiator itself almost exploding on the freeway. When I went back minutes later I was told that they didnt top off the fluids, despite the fact it had no fluid in it, so by top off I think they meant to say, refill. Later on I found out they apparently dont top off any fluids, windshield washer, brake, power steering etc. So, dont count on that being in their service, however they will try their best to find things wrong/serviceable that do not pertain to the service you are paying for, which means it took two and half hours for an oil change and radiator flush. When I came home and wrote a negative review they offered to win me back by offering free brake pads, which I declined, I thought it a nice gesture but figured that was enough and maybe it was a mistake, also I would rather not have someone who forgot to refill a radiator touching my brakes. Then upon finding more things wrong with my car I reposted my review, at which point the owner wrote me on Saint Patricks Day, when they were closed (do the math on that, what are most people doing on that day) a condescending email where he questioned my intelligence and belittled me. I then of course took my review down again not wanting to deal with them any further, until today when I finally decided, that even if he emails me another belligerent tirade, someone needs to leave an honest review on them for any other current or potential customers.On a follow up note. Anyone reading this should know Belmont wanted to charge $250 for rear brake pads. Its not a bad deal, its only a hundred more than doing it myself. But, if you want to save money and go over to a great place. Go to Green Wheels at 1540 N. Western. They just changed both rear brake pads for $180. Make sure you call and set up an appointment.

There are times you meet people in certain businesses that you know right off the bat youre going to like them. That is how it feels at New Belmont Auto Enterprises. Im taking the chance and writing this from their lobby. First and most important they are not a big business, by the clock type of place. If they are slow, they close if they have business they stay open. I respect that, so make sure you call and make an actual appointment. I came for an oil change and to potentially get my brake pads fixed. They charged me $180 for both rear brake pads and rotators. I can assure you now, that is the cheapest you will find it outside of doing it yourself. They fix anything that needs to be fixed and they dont scour your car just looking for ways to up charge you. If you come with a coupon thats what you will get. They wont suddenly tell you that you need a dozen extra things. I imagine this environment is extremely helpful towards people who lack car knowledge and or most females, as you wont be told that wizards are waging a war in your muffler and itll cost $700 to send in dragons or else your car will explode. Im extremely happy to have found a place and as of now and until further notice trust their work and opinion.I would be remiss if I didnt say, they are using re-refined oil. The same stuff that nascar race cars use, its the oil that was used, its cleaned up, and can be used again. Its more efficient and it means we arent wasting. Cars are a messy business, and New Belmont Auto Enterprises does everything it can to make it as clean a business as possible.

If you are looking for auto repair in Chicago, than you really need to look no further.U p until recently I have only been here for oil changes. This time I needed brakes and minor body work.After sitting in the waiting room on a couple of earlier occasions to get my oil changed, I knew how Gary and his staff operated. I already knew his prices were good and his shop was well kept and treated me great! Once again they did a great job. The body work looked perfect and the price was very good!I really dont need to shop around any further for future auto repair or auto body work as long as I live in Chicago

I have had 2 windshields replaced here. Both times they were quick, helpful, and came in at a significantly lower price than I had been quoted anywhere else.

I will say the owner, Gary, gets things done if it escalates that far. Otherwise incompetent, incapable or uncooperative... Im not sure which of these words best describes everyone else here. I had the most awful experience with them. Somehow they thought it was acceptable to replace interior trim parts on my car with a completely different color and return the vehicle to me that way, and with a crooked steering wheel. I had to wait WEEKS to get my car back and when I finally did it was an eyesore. I will never EVER do business with these people EVER again and I recommend you STAY AWAY from this establishment. I give 1 star for them making it right after weeks of back and forth arguing with them.

Never bring your car to this place, they did a terrible job on my car the paint job didnt match .I pay then first and went I went to picked up they gave me excuses and they current getter to match the paint. SUCK PLACE,THEY DO CHEAP JOB

This guy is cheater, he made more damage to my car then I had earlier. Also, too slow. He had my car for 15 days and he did such a poor work. Hate this place!

I had to take my Honda Pilot three times for the same problem. And It i still not fixed. The third time they apologize and told me that they would pay for the rental but two days after I had returned the rental car they call Enterprise rent a Car and cancel the payment so Enterprise had to charge me for the Rental. This people should not be in business.

Bad service, Pity paint and never checked the total damage of my car by my account pay $ 1200 ppr the front catalyst another $ 650 for the compressor of the air conditioner that could never fix it and the door molding already authorized by the insurance did not I put it because they never got it. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANOTHER CAR THERE.
