We ordered several parts that was cheaply made. Did not send parts that was in the picture and when we asked for a refund they was rude and said wasnt their problem. I would stay clear of this run down shack company.

Bought a part on ebay that said it fit my vehicle. Contacted them to tell them its not the right belt then returned only to get half of what I paid for the wrong belt. Then the owner decided to contact me telling me that I was wrong that they shouldnt refund me anything and called me a liar. I would never use this company again. Waste of money and time

I purchased a wheel bearing hub assembly in May of 2017 and now they need to be replaced and there is no record of my purchase. Im no mechanic but what I do know is that this part should not need to be replaced less than 3 yrs with less than 50,000 miles on it. Poor customer service selling defective parts.

They are liars. I went into Sparks on Thursday May 28th around 12:30 pm looking for an oil pressure switch for my 1996 Impala SS because mine busted. I get into the store with my oil pressure switch in hand, so they had to look it up in their parts book to make sure it was the right one. The first person I went up to needed assistance because he didnt know exactly what the part was. An older guy came up to help him and grabbed the book with the parts in it to find it. He name the part and told me it would be $30. So they asked me to leave my old part so that they could take it to the warehouse to match it up with the correct one. about 2 hours later they called me with the part and didnt tell me the price changed. He promised me that it was $30 when I first came there. I also asked for something to plug the hole in the oil filter housing that the oil pressure switch connects to so that I can drive the car until the part comes in, the older guy handed me a screw that fitted. I left the store. I returned to get the part around 5 Pm and just handed them my debit card because I was expecting a $30 something dollar charge. I didnt pay any attention to the receipt till later and found out he charged me $42 for the Oil Pressure Switch and $3.99 for a screw that was less than 1 in long. A straight ripoff. I will never shop there again. (I am a certified automotive technician) I am a commercial customer at Oreillys and Auto Zone and I buy plenty of parts daily. I called sparks because I knew they could get me the part fasted. I call all the time for parts and dont buy because yall are high than the OE parts from the dealer in most cases. How is that possible? if you need parts South Side auto parts on 47th Wells are cheaper and can get the parts as fast as Sparks and they are only 5 minutes away.....
