Horrible customer service. These people were RUDE and so unprofessional. Everything I asked for they did not have and the lady at the front had to keep going in the back to “discuss with someone”. When I finally got irritated and asked for that person to come talk to us directly, he was dismissive and rude. After about 5 minute he disappeared in the middle of us discussing and when I asked the lady she said he left somewhere. I left the store with one quote and after emailing, they switched up the pricing and quoted me a completely different and ridiculous high price. Do NOT recommend at all.

STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE QUALITY! AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE HAD GOTTEN WEDDING CARDS FOR RECEPTION AND INSERTS FOR OUR HENNA CEREMONY. WE HAD GOTTEN WHITE AND GOLD CONCEPT. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THE WHITE WAS GREY AND THE GOLD WAS BROWN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! OUR WEDDING WAS 2 WEEKS FROM WHEN THE CARDS WERE MADE. WE WERE LITERALLY LEFT HELPLESS. THE ENVELOPES WERENT EVEN THE 1$ QUALITY. THEY WERE LITERALLY LIKE MADE OF PLASTIC BAGS. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!

Super rude attitude, inflexible, poor customer service skills in person. Website has a bug. Quality of product and store is poor but attitude is sky rocket. The indian guy with the glasses assumes ppls religion maybe bc he is ignorant.
