Shady door to door salesman made untrue claims to sign you up! Tried over and over again to cancel my service through the app but was directed to call. Took money from my bank account that was more than I originally agreed to. After calling to cancel they continued to charge my account. Called back Literally waited for 45 minutes for an answer to have the representative tell me that he would cancel my account and deliver water one last time for the charge made after I canceled. Waited for the delivery that never came yet said delivered on my account. By the way my car that was sitting in front of my house was damaged as if someone hit it the day they were scheduled to drop off the water that I never got! Which is really suspicious! NEVER ever again will I do business with this company!!!!!!!!!
The initial set up was smooth and the delivery was made on time. We also got set up with the water cooler for free, which was nice. I waited to leave a review to see how delivery went. So far we have had no issues. Today they rang the bell and brought our water to the second floor. The delivery person was friendly and on time. The water tastes good and I hope my experience remains consistent. I’ll update if anything changes. I know their reviews are mixed, but my experience has been smooth. No issues.
I am sorry to say this company has not lived up to what it says. We changed Delivery Sites in early August, and no water has been delivered. We re-schedule Delivery for 9/7 and no water came. We re-scheduled for September 14th, an no water came. Then they said it would come on September 15th. Now they say it will come on September 16th. Very sad state of affairs at this company. Customer service reps are kind and helpful. However, the deliveries have not happened on any date they said it would. if the Water does not come tomorrow or Thursday, they are losing our business.
I wish I could leave zero stars for the amount of headaches weve had from Ready Refresh. We somehow ended up with two accounts for our business, so we had deliveries from one account stopped. Today I get two notifications that our delivery was complete, and we were charged twice, despite receiving one delivery of water (which was in the amount of cases that was previously set up under the account that is supposed to be closed). Somehow, they had restarted deliveries without our authorization on the account that was supposed to be closed, and charged us. They also charged us for the account that is current, even though those cases of water were not delivered.I attempted to use the chat feature on their app, and got a message that they would respond in 5 - 7 business days. I attempted to call instead, and their phone lines are shut off due to call high volume, and the message advises to go to their website instead.My word of advice: avoid Ready Refresh if at all possible, and remove auto-pay from your account even if you are not currently receiving deliveries so that they cant charge your card without your authorization like they did to us. Well be closing our business account as well as my home account as soon as they decide to get back to us.
Awful service my water delivery has been postponed for almost a week with no explanation canceling my service its pointless when you ultimately have to go out and buy water...
I should of taken the time to read the reviews before deciding to get this service. The first order was delivered on time but a month later I was expecting my next delivery the delivery date keep changing to a different day. I had finally received a message saying my water was delivered but that was a lie. Its been over 2 weeks and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. At this point I rather order water from somewhere else.
Company is purposely not ringing the doorbell and not picking up the empty gallons now because they have a new policy that they will charge 19.99 just to pick up empties outside of the delivery schedule.
Is this company a scam? Nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails. I’ve been waiting for a callback for a week now for someone to service my cooler.

Ordered service with a friendly salesperson. Delivery of 5 bottles of water and a cooler were scheduled two days after. Day of delivery I receive notification that my order has been delivered. I was perplexed because no one rang my doorbell, and I go outside to find nothing at all. Went into the app, order showed as delivered, used the chat option to try and get help, I get a message stating theyll get back to me in 3-5 days, which is way too long. I call the salesperson, no answer. I call customer service, wait half an hour, then speak to someone who says they have no idea what happened, but they can reschedule delivery for later in the week. If all this happened the first time, why would I want to reschedule? I said I would like to just cancel all service, and made sure to tell them I should not be charged as nothing was delivered to my home. Spoke to someone else to cancel. My credit card initially showed a charge, and then a credit. Next day, I get charged again, for what I dont know. Disputed the charge with my bank, still dont know where my supposed delivery went, this company appears to be a scam do not use.
Company never answers phone calls
Over a year after i have cancelled my service they are still fraudulently charging me monthly. They have stolen over $400 from me. They are crooks and should not be trusted.
Driver attempted to deliver water to our office and didnt call the number linked to the account to alert us of his arrival so it was labeled undeliverable. Now we have 6 empty 5 gallon bottles because a driver couldnt be bothered to follow through and customer service explained that not all drivers have phones. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND
Absolutely terrible service. Their website, automated phone system and customer service agents all have different delivery dates. The drivers have no idea what is going on - seriously in this day and age you cant contact your driver? There have been times that I dont have a delivery scheduled only to find out that they delivered 4 large bottles in the dead of winter to my house where I wont be for two weeks. Those bottles froze of course - which is the reason I didnt schedule a delivery! Today - after receiving 5 different phone calls begging for empty water bottles - we dutifully emptied the last of our water bottles to be ready for our scheduled delivery today. Well the delivery guy just dropped off my neighbors order and drove by our house. Called customer service and they said cant do anything about it today. No way to contact delivery guy. Cant get us water for two more days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they were incompetent before COVID.
I have always had a great experience with this company, they deliver on time and are very polite and helpful on the telephone. The customer service and sales team are very helpful and make doing business with them really nice.
Almost impossible to get a hold of a real person. Ready Refresh sent invoices to an old email address for our company that hasnt been used in 10 years. They say they called but do not leave messages. They did however charge me $20 per month late fee on an outstanding balance of less than $75. Never offered to remove late fee to keep a customer.What a joke!
Hello,Just wanted to write you that this is the worst company I’ve dealt with. Incompetent and totally unreliable.Asked for plastic bottle and received glass bottle, twice. I called and ask if I could receive what I paid for and regularly next delivery was the same: glass instead of water. On top of that, water boxes were totally soaked and GLASS bottles crashed on the floor. I called the girl put another note and re-scheduled the delivery for next week....never happened and I was not even advised.So I called again and the new girl re scheduled the delivery for next week....again, never happened.I called again and another girl told me that my next water delivery is supposed to come in a month. Result: I canceled my account with you.Your company is ridiculous.A joke.I hope you go out of business.My dearest regards,Lorenzo
Never showed up on delivery day and still charged my card. When I called to find out what happened they said the delivery had been rescheduled for 4 days from now without any reason or explanation. I then canceled and asked for a refund and they couldn’t even confirm that the charges had been reversed. As soon as I hung up I placed the exact same order on Amazon, saved $25, and the order will be here tomorrow morning.
If you are planning an event you can not risk placing an order with ReadyRefresh. I had placed an order for water for a large event a few weeks prior to the event date. I called my sales rep 2 days before the scheduled delivery to confirm the order and delivery time and he said that we were all set to go. After the delivery time had passed I called customer service and they told me they were running a little late and would be there by 4. As 4 was approaching I called again to check on the status and they said they wouldnt be coming out because the order had not been processed and there was no one to bring the order out to us. My sales rep also was not answering after multiple calls, voicemails, emails and texts. Dont be fooled by the kind customer service reps they cannot help you. They are only there to pick up the phone. No one was trying to find a solution. They were only trying to get off the phone with me and would say they would call me back with more details. Still waiting on those calls. Terrible service and unreliable.
Left the water for our business out in the middle of the parking lot, in the hot sun, and did not pick up our empty jugs. No real human to talk to when you call.
This company is a joke! After a year of service they increased their prices. Which fine, a company I understand needs to, however the price increase was 30% per bottle. Not to mention the 50% increase in the delivery fee and the 100% increase in the cooler rental (as it was never charged before). When I called to complain all they said was that they were sorry and offered me a $.50 discount. Cancelling service immediately!
This company and its website became a complete mess 3-4 months ago with an overhaul of their services. The website is completely unusable, leading to incorrect orders and deliveries not occurring. You would think a middle school student designed their website as a part of an introduction to web design course. The customer service line is also useless, good luck ever speaking to anyone directly regarding your incorrect orders. Im still trying to figure out how we can cancel their services for my office!
Ive used this service for a couple of months, and Im not at all impressed with their access to customer service. They also make it difficult to cancel service, which led to me paying for an extra month that I didnt want. The first dispenser they sent also leaked all over my carpet. Go to the grocery store where you can get the same thing for a lot less money and hassle. I thought this was a convenience- it turned out to be a regrettable experience all around.
They don’t have a convenient app.The “updated” web site just doesn’t work and won’t accept changes to the delivery.As a result you’re forced then to phone them.The length of time taken to answer the call was 42 mins.The agent fails to apologise for the time one has to wait.The agent is very curt.Customer experience. Is zero stars.So if you don’t have delivery from Nestle yet then my recommendation is look elsewhere
