Nice local pet store. It is small and tight fit between the aisles but they carry snakes, turtles and many fish. Would like to see the tanks a bit cleaner. Very nice prices.

Wonderful pet shop. It seems to have everything you need for your pets. I went in because I needed food for my ducklings, and they carry 2 different kinds (and it is sold by the pound). The lady who I assume is fed owner told me they have been around for 7 years. Great place!

Disappointed in there service. For years we kept taking our dog to this shop to get his haircut and get him a bath. But twice he got a bad infection right after getting his haircut from this place. He first got an ear infection and then a infection all over his body. Ido not recommended this place at all. They have poor sanitary conditions

This place is perfect! They will help you with anything you need, and answer any question. If they are out of stock of something you were hoping to get, they let you know when they will have it again so you can make sure to get it.

I would have fixed everything myself but I really didn t have the time. I called them because they were the first name in the list and I was in a hurry. They came, did a pretty decent job and were not as expensive as I thought they would be. I m happy I called them.

The dog groomer is really gently with my Susie. Even though shes figgidy and moves a lot. When I get her back, shes always cute the way I ask the groomer to cut her. After I check my dog, she never has any cuts or scrapes on her. You can tell they really take the time to groom the dogs good.

Its a pet store specializing in birds and fish. Quaint little hometown shop in the middle of Little village.

Small place but it has large supply of pet needs and the customer service is great

Variety of fish and lizards. Friendly faces. The fish they have dont live long. Maybe 2.3 days. And they give no refunds.

Love the way they take care of my dog

Well I walked in the store, the owner was in the back, she looked and saw me standing at the counter. Some guy walked in after me and she immediately ignored me and started helping this guy who walked in after me. I just walked out, ill never go to her shop again. She was very rude, I came first I should have been serviced first.

Bought fish from there and all of them died within 36 hours of getting them home. They where in separate tanks and all of them passed away.

These people have NO idea how to take care of their animals. Their reptiles, including snakes, iguanas, bearded dragons, and frogs were breathing heavy, extremely skinny, all looked poor health. They had a mini crab in a literal food container where it could barely move. Its obvious all these people care about is making money. When I spoke with owner about this all he did was act stupid and say ok. Im calling Chicagos animal control on this poor excuse of a pet shop. This place should be shut down, and can be.

Ive taken my pet here and every time I receive a different price the whats listed on the door or what the lady at the register quotes me.... This is the closest place to where I live. I will travel further so I wont deal with there fluctuating prices like the weather in this city.

I have always seen this place and always wanted to go..now that i did, i loved the store and the fish they keep.very clean and the variety of fish they keep was better then most shops..the customer service was great and very helpful..i think i found my new favorite shop

They have several varieties of fish but the tanks could use some cleaning. Aisles are quite narrow.

The store is very dirty smells realy bad there tanks and animal cages are realy dirty smell the worst part is there fish care they put big ciclids like 4 inch ones into a tiny glass cubical in the tank most of there fish are dead or have some type of disease this is fish cruelty and there birds have crusty eyes and the fish and birds are overcrowded in there habitat

Best pet store they know how to care for fish you can get fresh water fish and salt water fish you can get snakes iguanas rats hamsters turtles birds and the have a cute black cat with a lion hair cut walking around the store that meows at you if he knows you and rubs up against you
