Justin was so helpful when I went in, my friend bought her first bowling ball and he was meticulous and friendly when fitting her. He also made sure everything felt good and had her bowl so he could check. He also helped me with my thumb slug not fitting correctly. He will the go to for our whole bowling team!

My old ball cracked because I was dumb and left it in my hot garage all summer. I had already used this shop for my last ball and had a good experience, so I went back again. Justin walked me through all of my options and got me a really nice ball and took great time and care to hear all about what I did and didnt like about my last ball. After a couple of tweaks to my grip with a new ball Im feeling much more confident, less tired after rolling a few games, and my scores are going up! I cant recommend this shop enough!

Action Pro Shop has been my go-to for about a year now. I’ve gotten 5 balls drilled there during that time, as well as a much older ball brought back to life after 15+ years of hibernation (still smashes, thanks Justin!).I’m bowling better now than I ever have and I most definitely attribute a chunk of that success to this pro shop.I’ve seen Justin work with a variety of customers from beginners to highly skilled bowlers. Had a new ball drilled here and they completely changed my game for the better. They had me bowl with my old ball and saw I was gripping to hard and my thumb hole was too open. Also saw my arm bend in the back swing. My avg has gained 20 pins in a matter of weeks!!

Justin is incredibly knowledgeable about how to drill bowling balls in a way that gets you the desired reaction, and, more importantly, fits your hand for optimal comfort. I’ve bowled with differing degrees of elbow, forearm, and wrist pain for the past 10 years. Justin made adjustments to the spans and pitches of my equipment to better fit my hand and now I’m bowling pain free.
