I came in with my wifes car so of course I had no idea how much work she needed done. Elias is one of the most knowledgeable and forthright mechanics Ive ever dealt with. Joseph, the manager, made sure me and wife had a pleasant experience. He took care of all the bells and whistles and made sure we got a good deal and made sure were happy. Joseph and Elias are the ones to ask for.

Courteous and professional staff. we are briefed for every procedure they had to do with the car, quoted us a fair price and on top of everything, my car feels much safer to drive now. this is my 2nd time coming here and both times were pleasant. and I just have to say that Joseph and Elias are amazing!

These guys are really professional. I had two tires reading low, was ready to replace all 4 tires. But Mavis checked all 4 tires and realized the 2 tires needed resealing. I was in and out in about 1hr.

David was incredibly helpful and kind. I had my brakes and rotors replaced while traveling because of an emergency. They were still having issues even though they were brand new. David told me exactly what the issue was and what he would do to resolve this issue. I appreciated his candor and courtesy. I also spoke with Eli on the phone the weekend before and he was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for the friendly staff and quality of service.

Came in and needed my tire fixed quick and Elias took care of me with no problems at all. Fast and efficient and even checked out some other things I needed done. Second time here and Ill definitely keep coming back. Awesome experience !!!

I went in without an appointment but Elias and the team got me in quickly and made sure I was taken care of! He even took me into the shop to show me exactly what was up with my car and what they were going to do to fix it. I got regular updates on how things were going. When it ended up taking a bit longer than expected, I had to leave for work and couldn’t get back in time before the shop closed. Elias went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back safely, even after his shift had ended! This place sold me new tires and car shook really bad after that at 45mph, I went to a different tire shop and told me I had defective tires.I went to tell them and ended up changing 1 tire at no cost to me. I went to another independent tire shop and was told the new tire was defected as well so I was forced to buy new tires from a different shop after being told from Mavis that they could do nothing about it so they didnt want to cover my warranty on tires that were 2 weeks old. After I returned the new tire back to show it was defective they waited a full day to tell me bring all the tires back knowing I had them disposed because I ended buying new tires elsewhere. This place will sell you defective tires if you arent careful.

Terrible customer service and attitude. you should expect to wait, even if you have an appointment. recently had an appointment for new tires. after 30 minutes of not much happening, I was told to expect an additional hour to 2 hour wait. I get you are short staffed but a call in advance would be nice. alternative arrangements could have been made or at least could have planned work to be done. the response was we are short staffed. huh? this place doesnt respect its customers. there are alternatives up and down the street.oddly enough, they responded to a bad review faster than to a paying customer in store. im still waiting for their corporate resolution department to get back to me. and the owner is a huge corporation with employees to respond, not a mom and pop owner who cares.

Overall a great experience. Mike was very helpful, explained everything to me, and overall amazing customer service.The service was quick and price was great! I definitely won’t be going anywhere else.Highly recommend coming here.

Carlos, along with Mike and Ivan, were fantastic with explaining what my car needed and were open with discussing the price when I was concerned about whether or not my car was worth the repairs. I came in as a walk-in and they were able to get my car taken care of within 24 hours. They went above and beyond! I will definitely be going back to see them again if/when my car needs any type of work done.

I waited over 30 minutes after asking to see the issues with the wheel alignment that they had done the week before. The guy at the desk walk back getting the mechanic, after asking twice about where this person was, he finally came out and asked why O was waiting? I again explain the issue. They dont have a clue on how to run a business, very poor customer service and they lack of knowledge in the tire industry. Stay away from this business. Dont waste your time or money.

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever! I shopped for my tires online and after realizing I chose the wrong size i stopped in on my way home and met Carlos. Carlos was able to get me the right size tires for my appointment today. He found me a better deal even. After coming in today I knew I need work done on my front alignment. Eli helped check me in walked me through what was need with the mechanic Ivan. They were able to explain in detail what was wrong and show me what was wrong. Never have I had a mechanic go through this with me before. They made sure that I understood what was wrong and why it was important to take care of this now. I was not prepared for the extent of wear and tear on my front end. Carlos was there and once again came to my rescue! He is truly a wonderful man! He has been informative, friendly, knowledgeable and delivered exceptional service. I will definitely return for any future needs. These guys are awesome! They had me in and out without an appointment. I have been coming here for years they are a busy location so sometimes expect to wait but you receive quality work that they stand behind.

I’ve been coming here for years and they have been consistently helpful and timely. I normally go for oil changes, but the last major repair they did for me was a replacement for all of my axels. A year and a half later, the car is still driving fine.

I went to get a tire checked for a leak and the service rep (Mike) was absolutely wonderful ! Extremely polite and even showed a since of concern for my need. He found the issue 1.2.3 turns out I just had a loose valve core..I was in and out and able to continue my errands, thanks mike for your great customer service!! I will be back because of you.

I ordered tires from Amazon and had them sent here for installation. The front of the house customer service people were friendly, but once I got home I noticed that my rims were damaged. I saw that there is another reviewer that had the same issue so it seems like the service staff is careless or they have bad equipment. This is a NTB franchise owned by Mavis and is not part of the NTB national brand.*Update: I called this number that they replied with and nothing was done.

Love this place! Purchase tires in July and the road hazard warranty. Since I bought my tires I had to come back twice because of a nail in my tire. I blew out my tire after I accidently rammed into a curb. It was after 6pm and I was stranded with a busted tire 7 miles from where I live. I looked up tire places in the area and this place came up as being a 1/2 mile from where I was so I called them and the nice guy who answered explained that even though they were open until 8:30pm they were swamped so all they would be able to do for me that evening was to put my spare on. So I drove over very slowly on my busted tire. They immediately started working on putting the spare on but then the manager told me that I really need to get new tires as all of mine were very worn (which was true, I had been advised this by other places for the past year). I asked him if I got 4 new tires would there be any way they could just put them all on that evening and he arranged it so that his guys could do that. He also gave me a $100 discount and I paid $750 for 4 new tires for my Jeep Patriot, which I thought was reasonable. Also, when I asked one of the guys that was working on my car if I had damaged the rim at all by driving on it with the busted tire, he was quick to show me the rim and explained that I had not damaged it.As a woman, who on top of it was there because of a desperate situation, I really appreciated how it didnt feel like they were taking advantage of me and BSing me. Before I left with my car with the 4 new tires they put on, I asked if they do general mechanic repairs besides tires and brakes and they said they do, so I will definitely go back to them if I need any other repairs in the future.

This company is lucky to have such patient and caring team members like Carlos and Eli. I had a continued back and forth with Amazon and once Carlos stepped in everything was a breeze! And I love their waiting area it was clean and everyone was socially distancing, there was WiFi, and I was even able to make my work related calls while I waited. I love this location and the team members!

I went to the Mavis on Central Dec 5. First thing first they open on time on a Saturday morning. Once I was in the Customer Service Manager Jeremy was polite and knowledgeable and straight forward. The service mechanics did a exceptional job on my tires and alignment. My truck never handle so good. Five Stars...

Needed a new tire for my new car so right off the bat Im not happy. Compared pricing called places and was really not impressed with any of them. I talked to Mike he was amazing, ordered my stuff over the phone and made the appointment with him. I went in for my appointment figuring thered be some type of problem which theyre usually is especially since everything went so smooth in the beginning. No problem everything was straightforward and I was out of there within an hour and they did a great job. Thank you Mike and I will definitely be back when needed and recommend you to my friends. I also usually dont write reviews unless its really bad or incredibly good.

Upselling and nothing but it. The workers working here literally squeeze every dollar they can out of customers. Selling them services they don’t need. The service representative told me they have to change air pressure sensors everytime a new tire is placed. (Not even one of them was even bad, went to different shop and they told me not needed) Do yourself a favor and go to small shop. Jeez they even try to tell you that need new wiper blades, when I just had bought some a month ago.

This place is terrible.I made an appointment for service 2 days in advance.When I get there, I had to wait 20 minutes just to talk with someone. Mind you I had an appointment, and was on time.They made me wait for service for 2 hours in their lobby.I waited till I was informed by the clueless person that was taking care of me,, that my tires were not in stock, and that he would have to order them. He promised me that he would call me when they would arrive, which would be no later than 3 day after this interaction.Day 5 no call. I call them. I speck with another clueless person, that gives me a price that was $30 dollars more than when I was originally quoted when I was at their shop.What terrible customer service.This place will lure in with some B.S. low price (discount Tire, hahaha), and upsell the hell out of all their services. 9 times out of 10, stuff you dont even need. Bunch of B.S.Your better of going to Just Tires, Goodyear or some place comparable.

My payment was a little bit more than quoted which was unexpected, I may have to come back & exchange a wiper I purchased and the restroom couldve definitely been cleaner but the friendliness & knowledge of staff was priceless.
