We drive way out of our way every week to go here. Customer service is amazing. The dummies who left bad reviews because they didnt like the project should have just told them, because Pipes always makes sure to take care of their customers. This place is the best, hands down.

Prices are fine, customer service is fine but I have bought two different disposables from here, two different times, and something just isnt right. Ive had these specific disposables before and they were not the same quality when buying from this shop. I will try one more time, but a little frustrated.

This place has the cheapest Juul pods! Good for other stuff as well but thats the main reason I go.

Everytime I pass by, they seem to have something new. Price points are fair. Cant wait to see the space develop along with the neighborhood.

We go in ALL the time! We live down the street. Great customer service. The “Asian” guy that the last reviewer spoke of is actually super cool. He’s the only person that my husband and I have ever really dealt with, so I have no idea what that person is talking about. I have a vast knowledge of vaping; I’ve been vaping now for almost 7 years, so I can say without a doubt that the service was top notch. He was totally knowledgeable. I buy all my e-juice, coils, batteries, and have bought new pens, mods, etc. at Pipes and have had all positive experiences, with super helpful advice. We will continue to shop! Great place.

This place is the BEST!! I come from Evanston to get my juice here!!!!.The guys are super helpful to me. Im disabled and these guys are GREAT!! They take the time (everytime) to change my coil when I buy my juice & coils 🥰 . It may not seem like much to most but to me it means the World 💕💕

I found this place last year and MAN Im glad I did. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Anything from buying new tanks, liquid, minor repairs and straight advice about what I should be buying is what you can expect. Leslie is a prince and hes always looking out for the customer. Try this place and you will NOT be disappointed.

I noticed this place after driving by to my new job. One day, after work, I decided to stop by and check out their hookah selection. I was pleasantly surprised by their amount of stock, hookah related as well as other smoking gadgets. I was greeted nicely and felt welcome. The gentleman that helped me out with the selection was very informative and I felt zero pressure to buy anything. I was told to take my time and browse freely. I ended up picking up a hookah and some tobacco. I left very happy, especially that there is such a nice, local place where I can find this kind stuff and support local business. Totally recommend this place for anyone looking for smoking pipes of all sorts, tobaccos and cigars as well.

Good selection of vape mods and juice. The owner has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Parking can be a little tight but it’s not that bad.

I love this shops selections of Juices but one of the clerks there is so incredibly rude and a crook. I walk in and patiently wait as he helps another customer and when its my turn to to be helped he acts as if Im bothering him by trying to spend money in the store. Once he tones down his attitude I asked how much will it be to add nicotine to the juice I picked out, when he tells me that its going to be $10 instead of the usual $4 that I pay when I normally go in he goes on a rant about how I need to lower my dosage and that he can charge whatever he wants to add nicotine to my selection.i simply left and I walked next door to the liquor store that actually owns a vape shop to explain to the managers that Ive been receiving incredibly poor customer service for past several months and that they will never get my business again. I really hope that they fired that clerk because it really is a great shop it just needs better employees that dont scam customers just to skim profits.

I like the prices of their tobacco and tubes. Ive experienced trouble with my card. I now, make sure I have cash.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude employees. I was in last night to buy hookah flavor and the cashier was extremely rude. We fell short a couple of cents and he caught a disgusting attitude. He couldve simply said that he could not follow through with the sale but instead he started talking down to I and my friend who were in that night and his exact words I quote This is Chicago, you guys cant walk around doing this - mind you I was only a couple of cents short. They really need to retrain their employees and teach them how to run a business. They literally lost a whole sale as well as any future business from me - that too over a couple of cents. Unbelievably rude. Ive never felt so disrespected. I will not be returning here again and will make sure that my friends are aware of their employees and the way they treat their customers.Oh and by the way - theres a hookah shop on Christiana and Devon that sell the same hookah flavor for 3$ cheaper :)

One star for the Asian guy. I went inside to get special not 70 GB. It disturb me . I wanted 50/50. He said ok. He grab I bottle add some nicotine and give it to me. I check the bottle and is 70/30. I told him and he grab another bottle 50/50 he mix and he told me now I have to pay for both of them. I said why? Is not my fault. He is giving me so much attitude and he is not answering my questions like was my fault. Not nice to treat your customers

Came in today for a friend thats experimenting with vapes so i needed juice for her, i ask for berry flavors with 0 nicotine (no strawberries) Jeff was very helpful in looking for what I was asking and politely answering my inquiries.My card declined as I only transferred a certain amount for the day as I wasnt planning to stop by anywhere else after I took my 2daughters to McDonalds but I saw Pipes Chicago on our way home and thought Id stop by for juices.Anyways I had him take out 1 of the big juice and replaced it with one that is cheaper. BTW my phone was @2% dying and I could not transfer any more money on my account, I was scared if I had started the transfer my phone will die in the middle of it transaction. Jeff was not only very very patient and accomodating with the sudden changes. He proceeded and finish my purchase and let me keep one of the small juice which he should have taken out too!(MANY APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE JEFF! IM VERY ASHAMED FOR LEAVING THE HOUSE WITH NO CHARGER and not checking my account before coming in.) AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. I will be coming back often as it is conveniently near me. THANKS JEFF!

Clean and nice better then most the tanks they use for testing flavors leaves much to be desired and there prices are about 2% hire them more other places but there much nice place and lot larger selection its no surprise

I was in and out of this place today in about 45 seconds. The combination of a very well organized store and an intelligent, friendly and quick clerk who didnt poke around made this visit as painless as possible. I went in asked for my coil, he asked one coil or a whole box? I took a box, he asked me for $20 please, I gave him the cash and I was on my way out. The dude probably wont even remember the transaction but I will because things go wrong so much in these stores that it stands out when people are sharp and efficient.Very positive experience. Clean shop from what I saw and it looks like they had a really large select too. I will definitely be back if I need more coils and recommend it to anyone looking for friendly and fast service in a smoke shop.

I like this place as they have a good selection on juices, one of the few that let you taste their juice before you buy. Guys pay attention and answer your question. The only bad thing is that they dont really have much on vape equipment and what you get is what you see

I came in bought a DR DABBER E-RIG. It was 150 bucks I checked eBay inside the store it was selling for around 100. They convinced me and told me that if I buy it at their shop and have any issues they can replace it. Now I have an issue. My erig wasnt heating up correctly. One of the workers searched it on YouTube, looks like a common problem for these erigs. The connection to the battery went bad. The worker refused to replace my battery part of the erig. I was lied to. Ive spent thousands of dollars at that shop in the last 2 years. I will never go back to that place again. If you buy anything electronical from them be careful. He told me its used he cant replace it. When I was buying it I was told I had a 1 year warranty. Ofcourse its used less then 2 weeks and it went bad. Horrible customer service and I dont recommend this smoke shop to anybody. I will never spend another dollar there.
