Very patient and took the time to answer all of my friends fully and never once made me feel like my questions were stupid or they had something better they should be doing. They must pay their employees a fair rate because it seems like most of them are satisfied. Very cool store with lots of interesting stuff.

I can’t emphasize enough how excellent the customer service is at Patagonia and this location does not disappoint. All the staff members I interacted with over the phone and in person were very professional and helpful. I was needing my parka zipper repaired but it was going to take 6-8 weeks— they were gracious enough to offer me an exchange (and worked with me to get the right size/color). Thank you!!

Great store with a lot of neat clothing, accessories and other items.The recycled black hole bags are very well constructed and designed to last.This seasons bags are made from recycled plastic bottles.Weekly yoga class is a plus.

This location offered me curbside pickup on my new winter jacket and I was quite surprised at how simple it was. I would have preferred to go inside as usual but at least I didn’t have to wait for it in the mail. I’ll be using curbside again for Xmas presents coming soon.

Great store, good location. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The selection is pretty good, but I would have liked to have seen a few other items that Ive seen on the website. Would have also appreciated some additional styles for toddlers/kids, but cant complain too much. Prices are high, as youd expect for Patagonia, but the quality is great.

Went to the store thinking they were open to in-store shopping and turns out it was curb side only. They generously let me try on a few sizes on the curb to see which fit before I decided on one

Amazing store and staff. Ive never had a retail experience that compares to my experiences at this store. During my first visit, they gave me a free book that educated me about the many initiatives Patagonia has undertaken to fight the environmental crisis. The staff in the store shared a deep knowledge and passion for this work. Then, during my second visit, I wanted to buy the third Patagonia business book (of the 3-set), and they gave it to me for free. Would recommend stopping by even if you arent looking to buy something...its a great place to learn and connect with people genuinely committed to working for a better world!

This is a smaller Patagonia shop but the selection they have is good and the staff is exceptional. Two floors of retail and they do a decent job of getting most of the styles or items youd want to have access to. Parking is not easy so find a different way to get there.

Every Patagonia store has friendly and knowledgeable staff who stand behind their products. I was just visiting to check out some of their winter clothing and the men and women working there were incredibly helpful in providing suggestions to meet your wants and needs rather than selling you the most expensive item in the store. As with all clothing, I recommend you visiting the store to try on what you are interested in to get the proper sizing. If they do not carry what you are looking for, they offer free shipping to your door and you can conveniently order from within the store. Patagonia also has their Ironclad guarantee, which means if there is any problem or dissatisfaction with whatever your purchase may be, you can be rest assured you can get your item repaired, exchanged, or refunded at any point in time after you bought it.

Prepare to pay full price, no clearance section. They offer the latest and greatest in style and seasonal wear. This store is two floors and the customer service is unmatched. Had a guy dig through boxes to get me the size I wanted. Atheistically the best Patagonia store by far but frugal shoppers beware this store may not be for you.

The customer service here is phenomenal! Thanks so much to Chris for helping me get a shirt for my boyfriends birthday. They didnt have it in the store, and before I even had a chance to give up and call another location, he found it online and waived the expedited shipping for me (without me even requesting he do so!). He made it so easy and he was super friendly. 10/10 :)

This store is worth every bit of the short walk west of the Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Every Patagonia store is unique in its look and layout and what they carry and this one captures the essence of the brand for the Midwest adventurer (or for the anyone trying to stay warm through a cold Chicago winter). If you’re shopping near Water Tower Place at all you absolutely have to take a few extra minutes to seek out this great store.

Another great Patagonia location. Staff is very helpful stops what theyre doing to make sure you are finding everything you need. Nice guy repaired my jacket while I waited. The only thing that its tricky is sometimes its unclear as to which gender of merchandising you are looking at. This place is the best

There are so many options for outerwear and active wear. I have one winter coat and one rain coat that I brought to Europe, and use to keep me dry and warm in Chicago. Highly recommend!!

Wide selection, cool interior, and helpful as well as knowledgeable staff. I found exactly what I was looking for, and had the Patagonia return policy explain briefly. They did not try to upsell, which was a pleasant change from the norm of retail experience

The Atlanta location is way better. We were not greeted at all. In fact, the staff didn’t even speak to us. I felt extremely uncomfortable as they were staring myself and my friend down the whole time we browsed the store. We walked upstairs and nobody was up there. Within a few seconds of getting up there, a staff member raced up the stairs and again stared us down without saying a word until we left like we were trying to steal.I was wearing one of their pull overs? I don’t know what the problem was or what warranted such rudeness. Nobody was in the store except us.Plus: They had an extremely limited selection of spring and summer items and focused too much on winter jackets which were not marked down. Considering the season is over, maybe at least 10% would be acceptable? I will not return to this location. If I didn’t like the Atlanta one so much, I wouldn’t buy anything from you again to be honest. For a high-end brand to act like that towards loyal, paying customers who are wearing their products is absolutely unacceptable.

They are amazing!! I was looking for a few certain jackets that couldnt get online. I called the store and the staff was AMAZING!! Went out of their way to help and so very friendly.

Came to pick-up my online order at this store. Most of the store employees were nice, with the exception of the guy that was helping me. He was rude, had very bad body language/manners - interrupted my conversation abruptly - and responded to my inquiries in a very condescending tone. I left the store feeling annoyed - and that shouldnt be the case for me or anyone to experience from a retail store.

This place makes you feel very unwelcome. Good luck getting help from a sales person. I had an item that needed tailoring, they never called to say it was ready. I called them just to be hung up on. Called again the next day and was treated with disrespect. If you like Patagonia go do another location or shop elsewhere

Great Patagonia store. The staff were all nice and knowledgeable about their craft. They had all the gear and most of the colors. I was surprised at the amount of sizes they had as Im always afraid they wont have mine. Great store, will be back!

Patagonia is one of the few retailers that I can honestly say I have never had any issue with. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. Their merchandise is of high quality and in terms of customer service it can not be beat! I came in with a damaged pocked zipper on my winter coat--during the winter months being without my coat is not an option. I walked out of the store with a new coat 10 minutes later, no receipt necessary. Patagonia is a great source for any outdoor wear!

First of all, the storefront is freaking gorgeous. The staff is extremely nice (extremely) and accommodating. I went in first because I was looking for an item and it turns out they didnt have it in-store so they ordered it for me and they were all really nice about it. Store is perfectly kept and the staff are really nice, helpful, and knowledgable about every single product both online and off. The store vibes are super chill and the playlist is fantastic. Freaking love everyone at Patagonia.

The most rugged snow pants I have ever seen!

Went there to buy a an ultralight down hoody. I walked into the store and went upstairs to look for it. I saw the sales lady standing and attempted to ask her about the jacket but was quickly told by her that she was busy. Doing what I am not sure. I took the jacket down stairs and tried it on but was not sure if it fits well. I attempted to ask another sales person downstairs but they all seemed to be busy talking to each other or helping customers who looked like they can afford their stuff. Anyway I liked the jacket so I went with the small and went to the counter and paid for it. I will not be going back to that store or buying any more patagonia products instead I will stick with Arcteryx.
