Love this spot! The owner is amazing, very friendly. Fantastic hookahs, and even better company. Great spot to come chill, work/study, or hang out with friends.**I met the owner during Covid and even though it was hard times, he still took fantastic care of all his customers. I walked in the first time as an acquaintance and left as a friend. This place is great, and the owner is even cooler. Highly recommend!!

Cairo nights has a great environment and wonderful people! Very diverse and welcoming. The hookahs are absolutely wonderful and the place is so clean! Plus the cost is very reasonable and appropriate. The staff is so nice and very accommodating!

I used to come here when I visited, and now that I live here, I still enjoy coming here just as much! It isnt convenient for me to bus here, so I am not as frequent as I like to be, but the amazing service and atmosphere always pull me back!I enjoy the clean hookahs, modern & comfy seating, many flavors available, super clean restrooms and plenty of space.Wifi works great and there are plenty of tables to sit at and do work, chat with friends, or just ignore the world and puff some tasty tobacco like I do!Big perk they open before five, because usually I want to smoke midday when I can do some work.Thanks for the amazing lounge!

This is my first time here in town and I have tried a few hookah places in Chicago but this hookah place is best hookah I have tried in town. Highly recommend it and I will definitely come back here whenever I’m in town. Also it’s very clean and comfortable couches. I will recommend anyone in town to try this place first and then see if you have to try other places or not. You’ll not be disappointed.

Im not a smoker I was with family and my love it was a chill vibe clean comfy to get your moneys worth BYOB of liquor if you drink and bring enough friends to help you finish your hookah the more the better just to help finish one without needing a refill only downfall not much parking a small parking lot look for street parking

Cairo Nights uses high quality coconut charcoals and fresh new hoses for every single customer. The price is very reasonable. The environment is great inside and owners and employees are very friendly. If you are in Chicago, make sure you stop by this hookah lounge - you will not be disappointed. Free parking in the front and on the street in the front of the lounge. They also allow you to bring in any food from outside to enjoy while you are at the lounge. Will definitely be back!

The staff has, since my first day coming in, treated me like family. The two owners are Egyptian brothers who genuinely remind me of my own family and treat me as such. The actual spot is spacious, and the hookah always hits. Whether you’re looking to work for 4-8 hours, or just relax alone or with friends, this is the spot to do it.

This is one of the best hookah places I have been to so far in Chicago. It is such a comfortable environment the hostesses are beyond welcoming and kind I don’t smoke hookah too often and they were very patient with my million questions I had and very knowledgeable in helping me find the exact flavor hookah I wanted since I tend to be picky they were beyond kind and made me feel so welcomed the atmosphere was very clean from the floors, seats, bathroom and hookahs themselves which is extremely important to me. I thought it was very cool they were byob but they have a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks definitely recommend this place for a great time out with friends or even a chill study break!

This place is definitely a rip off. A regular hookah (not rven the fruit head) is $30… their food is terrible. The hookah is good that’s why I gave the second star. Do not recommend.

Best and cleanest hookah bar Ive been to in my 10 years of going to hookah lounges. Great flavors and amazing staff. Plenty of outlets for work sitting around watching shows on laptops and the like. I cant recommend this place enough. Its an easy walk from a bus line and its a quiet area. I bring friends here when I want to impress someone with a clean, well stocked, and wonderful chill environment.

This lounge is amazing, a gem in the heart of North Side. I’m from New York City and this place has a great aesthetic and would beat any of those lounges in NYC. Can’t wait to come back here on my next layover in Chicago. The hookah is smooth and never harsh, especially with the pineapple head.

The place and ambience is good. A really chill vibe with good comfort. I got two hookahs, both were great while they lasted (of course) but the flavor for one of them did not last as much as its supposed to. They give you coals, and have immense knowledge on the functionality of a hookah. I could recommend flavors but then that would just limit you to those particulars as they have a huge collection and that too a good one with a selection of products from popular, different high end brands. Parking is a little tight but the staff works with you to get you through, thank you for the experience.

IMHO this is the best hookah bar in Chicago area. Well lit. Versatile. Many races come here. Good music.They dont serve tea in pots. But its ok. My friends approved that hookah is good here. Barristas and the girls are so nice.

Ok so this is an updated review. Somethings from my 1st review is the seating of the lounge. they are ok on one side, other side (couches) is more comfy. But the Hookahs here are absolutely Amazing! Hats of to the guy who makes their hookahs, i think his name is Jihad, amazing guy. These hookahs take you back home, ive finally found a middle eastern-esque hookah place in chicago :D and for crazy night owls like myself. this is the place, theyre open late (they close around 4am) on weekdays! this place is definitely worth a try if you havent been here yet, youre missing out! :)

My friends and I traveled from ATL to Chicago for the first time and Musdafa showed us an amazing experience. Not only is the staff super down to earth, but they are very welcoming. In the midst of COVID, they took every pre-caution necessary to not only make us feel safe but still have a great time!

Terrible service from order taking to smoking. Server couldnt take an order correctly, was treating my best friend for his birthday to a night out for hookah. Server not only messed up one hookah but BOTH hookahs since we wanted to mix flavors. When it was brought up, they simply shrugged it off and went on their way to do other things.Definitely would not recommend, especially when you are forced to pay a tip for lousy service.

I remember when this place used to be called the Carthage Cafe. But maybe they just felt like changing their name. Anyway this place is been here for a long long long time. You can go in here and smoke to your hearts content. So nice place and its a good setting for people that like to smoke this kind of stuff. Its cool.

Great servers great Vibe reasonable prices, but bad hookahs. Of 3, 2 were not good. They were packed though, so we let it slide.Five stars because out of the four places we called there was not a entry charge. And we walked in with our own drinks, no problem. There is also no minimum order per person.Be warned, parking is tricky. Its a very small lot, so people have to double Park cuz you know how City of Chicago is. A tip is Park a bit down the block on the street in the residential area by the houses.

Hookah isnt that great. They dont know how to mix very well. Service seems to have gotten better than previous posts so I gave an extra star.

I frequently go here after work to chill on my laptop or meet up with friends. BYOB, and you can bring whatever food you like. It can get really busy sometimes but the staff takes care of time when I am there.FYI if you go there on a busy night you will have to wait for seating and expect the staff to be very busy... so don’t be surprise or give this place or poor review if you go there with a 1 Star attitude.
