Jazz is absolutely amazing at her job. So welcoming and sweet, she makes you feel safe at the clinic. The clinic itself is always, and I mean always, spectacular. The staff, from the front desk, to the doctors themselves never fail to make me nervous or confused or afraid. They tell me exactly where to go and what I need to do so I dont feel confused or worried on whats happening next. I never leave the area with any questions.

Saul was excellent. Good clinical tech. Great people skills. Brenda did an outstanding job helping me choose my frames. She was very knowledgeable. Shout out to her dad he got A1 taste in glasses.

I went to Buena Vista and they are not your normal optical. Their customer service is great and they have a great selection of glasses. The doctor explained everything really well and I was able to get my glasses for gaming.

I always have a awesome experience. My last appointment had to be canceled cause I was so emotional due a male sibling was physical with a female siblings. The staff here took very good care of let me sat as long as I needed to sit, to get my thoughts together. I had so much on hand service even thou it had nothing to do with the service I came to receive. I really appreciate the time they took out to make sure I was okay and the rescheduled my appointment and I love them for that this is such a kind, friendly place you can go wrong coming here to get your exam.They are stuck with me forever!. They took their time to ask me questions due to the pandemic. Jasmine and Leslie were the best! Along with everyone else. My frames were affordable. The aesthetic is very clean and beautiful. The owner has the cutest YouTube channel! They gave me a “ vision report”. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH A PRETTY REPORT. Picking glasses was easy. They explained the price ranges, which I appreciated. Overall, I am very happy with my doctor appointment and my glasses. Can’t wait to receive them. Thank you so much ladies!!❤️🥰

EDIT: I have stepped for in your store, I have actually gotten glasses from you. Instead of being rude to costumers learn some costumer service skills. Also train your assistants better, instead of hanging up on people that are trying to explain something. Rude.For some reason we are getting charged a fee because we decided to cancel an appointment that we didnt even know about until 24 hours before the actual appointment date. Never gave my husband a SPECIFIC appointment date. Just told us that is was going to be some random day in June and theyd call. But when we do get a call its the DAY BEFORE the actual appointment. NOT A WEEK AHEAD OR EVEN 2 DAYS. 24 HOURS PAST THE CANCELATION DATE and surprise surprise we had to cancel due to a family emergency but are still gonna get charged some 20 dollars because your assistants dont know how to properly call people a few days ahead to let them know about an appointment. Yes I know your policy but next time make sure you ACTUALLY contact that person a few days before so we have time to cancel.
