Id like to give a shout it to Jackie at Custom Eyes La Salle. Im from out of town and forgot my contact lenses. After calling around to most places who dont stock any lenses or would take 5 to 7 days to deliver, I found Jackie. She went out of her I feel to make sure Id be set for my trip. Customer service is second to none and I highly recommend.

Having not so great eyes, I’ve been to a lot of eye doctors in my life. I was referred here and I drive downtown, deal with traffic, and pay to park to see this team! Dr. Higbee took the time to get to know my crazy eyes (each eye has a drastically different Rx). She is truly very caring and she loves her job as it shows in her work!!!It doesn’t stop there! Stephanie is as caring, funny and a down right pleasure! I have been searching fir them in Chicago for ten plus years!!! Thank you guys! I would walk in tacks to get to your office!!!

I love CustomEyes on LaSalle Street!Just had my second annual exam with Dr. Higbee. She really cares about my eyes, and she spent all the time needed to write an exact prescription based on a very thorough comprehensive exam. I never felt rushed.Back on the floor, I worked with Stephanie, Eyewear Specialist. Stephanie has extensive optical knowledge, and really listened to what I like and dislike in glasses. She is professional and friendly, and I never felt pressured, or that I was being upsold something I did not want or need.CustomEyes carries a large selection of stylish high quality eyewear, and also varieties of lens options that many other optical providers do not offer. Although certainly not inexpensive, the care, service and quality product you will receive at this location is well worth it.

Ive been coming here for more than a few years and have bought several glasses. Not only do I love their customer service, patience, and choice of eyewear but they have been super kind individuals during this time of crisis. Stephanie has been especially flexible and considerate, not only with insurance but also shipping options. I highly recommend this place but ask for Stephanie! Kudos to this company for its quality product and service.

CustomEyes is great. I just had my second visit and they were quick, efficient, and happy to give me samples of contact solution. I also got a discount for being a return customer. Stephanie was phenomenal - so nice! Ill be back :)

Cant recommend CustomEyes highly enough. Front desk was courteous, informative and welcoming. Jenn (the optometrist) was professional, knowledgeable and relaxed all at the same time. Finally, I cant argue with the results with my new lenses.

Everyone was very friendly, probably one of the nicest eye doctors I have ever met. The exam was very efficient and I was able to get everything done in about 30 minutes. I really liked that I didnt feel like I was being upselled about various options and also told that I could have time to think about options. Slight snafu with insurance but otherwise a very positive experience.

We dont usually write reviews, but we had an incredible experience at Custom Eyes today. My boyfriend, Mike, is visiting me and he forgot to pack his contacts. We stopped by Custom Eyes and Jackie helped us right away to help Mike get squared away with his contacts. From there, she and Speed graciously assisted us with finding multiple sunglasses that fit our style. Not only did we have fun, but they were thorough in ensuring that our glasses fit us perfectly. They also fixed Mikes other glasses that were missing a bolt.The customer service was impeccable and we look forward to coming to Custom Eyes in the future because Jackie and Speed left a great first impression.-Morgan and Mike

I love these guys! The salespeople know what theyre talking about, everyone is super friendly, service is speedy (took 3 business days to get my last pair of glasses) and the onsite Doctor is sweet and fast and accurate! Its a little pricier then Im used to but totally worth it for style and support!

Amazing curated selection of glasses. Better, WAY better than any eyeglasses selection Ive EVER seen. Not exaggerating. Everyone is cool, nice as hell, and totally accommodating. Called when I was forced to wear glasses due to running out of contacts. They fit me in same day I called and gave me a pair of contacts with exam (as per usual). My eye doctor who saw me was so young and pretty I joked are you old enough!? I ordered the rest of my contacts thru them - they came super fast and they texted me when they were there (I never listen to my voicemail, they said cool well text you). Took me awhile to pick the contacts up and they never once harassed me about coming to get them. Which was awesome.Anyway, I never write reviews but CustomEyes was so above average I had to. 👍🏼👍🏼

I am traveling from out of town and did not have a pair of backup contact lenses, and this store was super helpful and provided me with a complimentary pair to get me through my work trip. Great service!

Called day of and set up an appointment 3 hours later. Exam for contacts was $88 and the cheapest by far in the Loop from what I can tell. Exam took about 15min and optometrist was pretty chill.
