I showed up to my appointment with all of my insurance (health and vision) information and was told my insurance would be accepted. My vision benefits stated I would only have a $10 copay. A couple months later, I was sent a bill for $250, only $60 of which was covered by my health insurance. After questioning the bill, they said that my health insurance was accepted but not my vision insurance. I had healthy eyes with no real diagnosis (everyone has dry eye these days). My statement showed one charge for a new patient exam. All they did was put dilating drops in my eyes and checked them. No diagnostic tests or even a refraction. Dont go here--SCAM!!!

Less collection of frames.. but reception lady is not helpful at all in checking the coverage properly.I went in the afternoon and she said she needs time like an hour to call insurance guys and validate. I came back and gave her a call after 2 hours and they neither checked or speaking like they don’t know me.She again took all my info and said she will check before EOD and never returned.I understand they don’t need business and too much careless people...
