On my lunch, I took a walk to this location and the attendant put a sign on the window that read Return back at 12:48. This was pretty odd because I frequent this location often and then the attendant ignored my request and walked away as soon as she saw me standing at the door through the glass. So rude.

I went here because Ive been wanting a Peanut Butter Dream Bar for months and every time I go to a Mrs. Fields, they dont have them or they just ran out. Im sick of this disrespect!!!!! Its the only thing I want at this store and I cant seem to get it!!!!! Disgusted and fed up!!!!!

I have eaten plenty of Mrs. Fields cookies over the years and I have always been satisfied. I read that this Mrs. Fields cookies suffered vandalism from rioting individuals in 2020. I am so sorry that happened to your store. Those who unloaded their shame on your innocent store will reckon with those mistakes for the rest of their lives. Glad were not in their shoes! I’m from Chicago and this is one of my stops every time I’m in town! Came in to get my usual dozen and a half minis. Half were plain chocolate chip instead of chocolate chip walnut like I asked. Very disappointed because I didn’t realize until I was already home😢

Employee 133 was very nice and attentive. She was very warm and welcoming. She is what makes me want to go back for more friendly service.

My favorite place to get pecan brownies

This is a great, convenient spot for snacks in the loop. The mini cookies were a bit pricier than I expected and they didnt have many flavors when I came in on a weekday morning, but they were all fresh, warm and delicious.

Its 8:36am and the store isnt even open. Theyre supposed to be open at 8am. Doesnt look like anyone is even insideEdit: I took a later morning train just so I could stop here when they opened and grab cookies for my coworkers. A 7 block walk back on lunch isnt ideal

My sister and I had a hankering for chocolate chip cookies and Mrs. Fields sure hit the spot! There isnt any place to sit inside, but all of the cookies were baked fresh and the store was immaculate. We had our choice of mini-cookies or the larger sizes. Now that I know this location exists, Ill probably consider cookie pies for work celebrations/birthdays!

Staff was very helpful when I ordered a cookie cake for girlfriends birthday second year in a row!

Mmm. Mrs Fields is a great snack stop in the Loop. Of course I dont go everytime I walk by, but I love their cookie cakes and they are well well received for birthdays. Frosting on a cookie = win/win! Great sugar cookies with M&Ms and cant go wrong with the classic chocolate chip!

There cookies are so good that, I recommend going here to get some cookies.

Best cookies in chicago...! Its a tiny store but thats all the space you need to grab some cookies on the go. They also do cakes and plenty of other delish treats, too... girls behind the counter are very positive and upbeat. And its located directly next to the el train (convenient!)
