Convenient printing service, but may be less convenient if there is a printing problem (e.g. if any of the cartridges need to be replaced). My first printing experience - the employees of the cafe housing the printer do not service the printer. However, customer service with PrintWithMe (email or phone) was fast and dedicated. Since the printer is not staffed, the printers problem couldnt be resolved quickly, but I was given the option of getting my printouts at another, nearest PrintWithMe printer. (luckily, it was not too far).I assume that usually you wont run into trouble. Just send the document and get it printed. I would use this service again.

SO easy. SO fast. I had a printing error the first time I used it, and once I emailed their help desk, I got a response in under a minute and got the issue resolved 100%. I love having this option at one of my favorite cafes! Bc seriously, who owns a printer anymore?

A little pricey for one b&w sheet, but very fast and convenient. I imagine this is more economical if youre printing more. Anyway, this is the best coffee shop in 20 miles, so - print here and get a Q or a Phoenix Fizz.

5 stars for the cafe, and 5 for the actual printer. 4 stars for Printwithme only because theyre not super upfront about what the cost per page is until youve already printed. Also, I dont like that the cost per page goes down as the more pages you print goes up. Id prefer to have a standard cost/page.

What a great and convient printing services at my favorite neighborhood cafe. Definitely helped get me through the semester when my printer at home is being funky.

Very reliable, and a great experience, all in all. My only minor complaints:1) Once, the barista didnt know how to reload the paper, and I had to figure it out, and2) PrintWithMe keeps asking me to rate them ;-)
