This shop did an amazing job with my outfit. Everything came out exactly how I wanted it. I dropped my items off Wednesday and they were ready by Saturday. They respect your time and if they cannot complete the work within your timeframe, they will let you know. The receptionist was super nice and the artist did a great job communicating with my how he would design my items. I am extremely pleased and will definitely be back again!!!!! 90s Party Barbie for the WIN!!!!!

I went next door to the basement and they were very rude and Were lost on helping me with the Custom work that I need it. Midwest Ink Has better customer Service; not to mention the work and Prices. Im glad I chose Midwest Ink over the basement.

The most unprofessional people I have every met. I call to get a quote on the phone with a picture of what I wanted. When I drive over 30 miles to be told the price had change. I left because a customer service person when to get the airbrush artist who took forever to come and talk to me. Also had another customer hollering for someone to help her. As I said before very unprofessional establishment.

Went here to get my pants and jacket airbrushed for a concert and I must say I am in love with their work! Very neat and vibrant. The staff is really friendly and everything was done timely. I will definitely return for my next event!

While searching for any place in Chicago that did airbrush t shirts, this was the only one I could find with pictures of their work. I went in to order two shirts for a 2nd year anniversary present for me and my wife, and they had them ready to go the next day. The work is phenomenal and I am beside myself with how well these turned out. I will definitely be back around Christmas to get presents for the family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for anything airbrushed.

Great artist. I had custom Timberlands done with the Simpsons. They came out better than i expected, way better. He worked extra hard to make sure he had them done on the day he promised me.

Worst custom shirt makers in the entire world I came in early morning on June 29,2016 to get a shirt made for my brother funeral which was on June 30,2016 the owner promised me it would be ready and he would even meet me at the store at 9:30 a.m because my brother funeral started at 10:00 a.m. I called at least 30 times back to back he didnt open up until 10:30 a.m. Went into the store for him to tell me I never receive your piCture. My screenshot shows I sent it at 12:52 P.m. For the owner to tell me he couldnt do nothing for me but refund my money was unacceptable. He should have gave me a free shirt of my brother at least a happy birthday shirt anything for his mistake he made.#Terrible store dont go there😡😡😡
