I place an order over three months ago, also I sent a follow-up email one month ago, and still no response. This is not a good professional look. I try an support African American small business, buy this type of activity is exactly why people have reservations. I just want my order fulfilled, if not refund me my money for the monogram chair.

The customer service is excellent. The item that I ordered shipped quickly and came nicely packaged. I will definitely order again.

After 9 days of not hearing anything about my shipment, I emailed them my inquiry. The next day they canceled my order with no explanation. I was counting on the shipment for a birthday gift. I will never use again.

This shop is beautiful and “chic”. You feel like you want to hand over your pay check to have really nice Greek paraphernalia. The biggest drawback is that prices aren’t listed for anything, so you’re constantly asking the person at the counter. This definitely took away from my experience.

The merchandise is beautiful but overpriced. The hours of operation on the door list 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The store did not open until after 1:00 pm Saturday April 10, 2021. The store clerk was rude and unfriendly. I will purchase my in-person items from Nubian Nation or CBPI. They are very helpful and provide excellent customer service! Buyer beware if you shop at Sorortique! It does not matter how nice your merchandise is, inconsistent hours, a bad attitude and poor customer service will drive away business.

I placed an order online after my soror visited while on a business trip. 2 stars because the order came earlier than expected but also because the sizing is misleading (this shirt is a medium at best when I requested a 2X). My order was partially fulfilled with no options for cancelation, substitution or a notice that items were unavailable. And of course all sales are final. I am thoroughly disappointed.

The owner was very polite (I believe it was the onwer lol) excuse me if I made a mistake. I appreciated the quality of the pari she had and of course I didnt leave without purchasing. I just wish they had more ZPhiB in stock. Its like we get overlooked. Nonetheless a good experience for my first visit.

I came to the store and spent over $150 and the service was TERRIBLE! The person Would Not turn on the lights so I could see the sizes available, she never greeted me nor said thank you after the purchase. She was really rude which prohibited me from spending more money! Owner be mindful of who you allow to run your store. This is an example of why Black businesses don’t survive - we have to provide customer service. Next time I will shop online. I got better service at Rainbow 🌈!

Not helpful at all - hardly looked up to answer a super quick question or come from behind the counter to see if you have a size. Whispering on the phone the entire time I was in the store. My Soror is amazing! I initially became a patron at the DST national convention in Las Vegas last summer. Since then, I have enjoyed my purchases (rain boots and DST pen lights). The customer service was also top notch. For all things said, I will always be a supporter!

Very bad customer service and quality. I contacted the store multiple times about the defective suitcase they sent me and even brought the suitcase to Chicago, from Maryland, on a trip to try to exchange. I had called the store about 3 times prior to my arrival, and let them know what item I was coming to exchange. The owner was extremely rude and essentially said that they don’t communicate messages throughout the week, despite me calling multiple times. Unfortunately, she was rude, offered no solution, and I literally left with a defective suitcase that is unusable. This experience is the opitome of why people choose not to support black business and I highly recognized you don’t waste your time and money as well!
