This place is nowhere in this huge warehouse

First of all I didnt even know someone made real grills in Chicago and then what made it 10x better it was in the heart of downtown and very easy to find. The owner was super nice and very professional. Me being irresponsible I dropped my grill on the street and it got crushed I called the owner and one week later my grill was fixxed and cleaned I appreciate everything! Definitely coming back for more this summer

Ordered 4 caps over a month ago for cosplay. Paid 239.50 in full. First he claimed my molds were lost. Then he said they found them. I called on the 3rd of January and he claims that I signed for the delivery a week ago.This never happened, never got my product, very disappointed. Failed to show proof of signature and tracking number. Will be contacting my attorney in the morning if not refunded in full. Also will be filing for mail fraud. Never had such a bad experience ordering online until now. Very upset. Fraudulent company. Please dont make the same mistake that I did.

Chigrillz did his thing on my grill Im definitely pleased with the out come of my product... hes most definitely a genuine dude trying to run a successful business..one con that I had was that it did take a while, but maybe that was due to me being impatient and not knowing the whole process of making one.but once I got it, all that went out the window. It was definitely worth the wait! I would say order your grill a month in advance if you have plans on wearing it somewhere special! But overall I would recommend my boy chigrillz!

Stay away, definitely a scam. Dude completely stopped responding to me, and i had to file a dispute with paypal so hopefully ill be able to recover my money but no guarantee. been over 20 business days way more than the advertised 5. SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY.

My name is Leah Mabery. Chi Grillz is a fraudulent operation and the owner, Jason Richardson, is a thief. I paid $35 and got appointment immediately. I gave him $320 (75% down payment as required.) He promised Id have grill in 1 week. 7 weeks later, I still dont have grill. Ive called, texted, and demanded my grill or refund. I havent received either. I filed a police report for theft of services. Im going to file a complaint with Lacuna Lofts (the location of the theft ring) and Lisa Madigans office. His business currently has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. He should not be in business.

Chi is a fraud as far as Im concerned. I scheduled an appointment at August 1st and he promised me they would be done by August 23rd a few days before my birthday. I wanted them for my birthday in Las Vegas on august 26th and he swore up and down hed have them ready for me. When we initially met I paid the 35$ fee on his site as expected and he was extremely polite and took my molding for me after we discussed what it was I was looking for. After two weeks I called for an update, no response. I proceeded to call several other times, a total of EIGHT TIMES before I decided Id just schedule another physical appointment through his website, that way hed be forced to see me and I figured he would just take the 35$ and put it towards the overall price of my grill. Held nothing against him at this point even though He ignored 8 of my calls. Tell me why he never showed up. I waited an hour hoping he was just running late, he wasnt. I called him TWELVE TIMES within the course of the next four days before I decided to go through the bank and PayPal to get the 70$ I lost from this FRAUD. I am so disappointed and now Im looking for someone else either in Chicago or perhaps Detroit to get my costum grills made. He is supposed to operate a business that runs 11 - 5 but steals money from his clients by making them wait an hour and never showing up. I have already told 2 of my girlfriends who are interested in getting grills to not get them from him. He let me down on my birthday after he promised he wouldnt, what kind of business man does this. He could at least have had the decency to tell me before hand so I could get it done somewhere else or chucked my looses and waited in him to complete them, I would have been understanding. He even had the nerve to talk about his military service in our meeting, made me think he was a man of his word, in actuality hes just a thief. Waiting on the second 35$ from PayPal now. If anyones knows a reliable place I can go to get mine done in Chicago, Im still very interested in purchasing grills for the bottom 6 teeth.

This place is so unprofessional they never answer the phone when you do order your stuff it takes three weeks maybe a month to pick it back up after they tell you that your teeth is in case you can never catch the owner they have 800 number which is a link to a cell phone and the cell phone always tell you that hes on a Nother call this place is so unprofessional I would not recommend no one by from them

Complete scam, I payed for top and bottoms. first thing that happened was, I overnighted the molds there. after about a week he said he didnt have the molds which I knew was goofy since I overnighted them. finally he says he got them and the grillz will be done in a week. a week goes by and I hear nothing, phone tag goes back and forth for about a month and a half, I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I had gotten grillz from there before. until he started ignoring my calls. I was calling every day for weeks all my calls where ignored, one time I called from a different number and he picked up. then said hed call me back in a half hour and of course never did. after googling it I had found multiple stories from other people saying they had been ripped off by this pos lately too. i called my bank reported the scam and luckily got my money back.

Chi Grillz is 100% LEGIT! Turn around time was 3 to 5 business days after I went in and had the mold done. Shai went over all the specifics and it seemed as though he genuinely wanted me to leave happy and most of all SHINNING!! I highly recommend CHI GRILLZ. Im from St.Louis too, we been rocking gold teeth so just know this review is legit. I had a huge gap before my grill and I had a few chicks/girls..Now I cant the chicks off me!!!!!! HORRIBLE business to order from.!!!!!! Insured me that my order would be complete within 3- 5 business days. Waited 2wks just for him to tell me that I needed to make another appt for ANOTHER mold ..still NO MOLD and NO GRILLZ. Bad communication-doesnt return calls promptly asked for a refund and havent heard from the owner yet. My guess is that the whole business is a SCAM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor service, I had to call him a million times just to talk to him and he didnt even seem to care that he took my money, makes up excuses, never got my grill and google really need to do more research about companies posing as real companies that are scamming people out of their money HIS GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE DONT BELIEVE IT NOT LEGIT DONT GET SCAMMED!....
