Jasmine was the highlight of my visit to Diffused. She gave me good vibes and great service. She didnt pressure me to buy anything (unlike the other smoke shop down the street). Jasmine was so personable. She even gave me a coupon for next time on my way out. I bought the cutest little neon green bowl with a leaf handle for my bong🖤The shop is spacious, well lit, and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Picked up a new piece of glass, storage containers, and a grinder a couple weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. I forget the woman’s name who helped me, but she was awesome. Answered any and all my questions and gave me some recommendations that I took. Great selection and solid prices. I’ll come back for any other accessories I need, definitely recommended.

I purchased an electronic device today. Unfortunately, due to a mechanical issue, the device did not work properly. Although the store could not make an exception to its no exchange/return policy, they were able to accommodate me with a replacement part which eventually enabled the device to function properly.Although my experience got off to a rough start, Jasmine and the store ownership were more than willing to work with me to resolve the issue.

This space is absolutely beautiful, with framed art competing with glass art for your attention. Customer service is great, too.

The women that was working was beyond helpful. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying for my brothers birthday. I love pretty far from here but I will always come back. I forgot her name but it started with a G. I love that women I love that store!!!!

The guys in here were super helpful and very friendly! Came into town from with my man, he wanted a nice piece from Chicago. After having a horrible experience around the corner and a strange one from down the way, we decided to buy from here. The guys were awesome, and they had a lot of beautiful pieces in there. Also, they gave us a great price on the piece we picked out and the slides were 15% off.

We were visiting from out of town and stopped in on a whim just walking by. Staff was super friendly. They gave us some recommendations for things to do close by and just overall good conversation. You can have 10 of the exact same stores but who works there can really make a difference.

I had a TERRIBLE experience in this shop today.I walked in, and it was completely empty aside from 3 teenage employees who lazily greeted me with hey. One of them who said his name was Manuel asked what I needed and I explained that I was trying to quit smoking and wanted to try vaping. He interrupted me a million times while I was explaining what I was there for. He was rude, and couldnt care less about the business he worked at.I feel sorry for the owners, I hope they know how he treats customers.Eventually, he brought me to some cartridges of some kind, and I politely explained that wasnt what I needed. He said Well we dont have the other kind with an attitude. I said, oh thats ok, thanks for your help at which point he actually said:Yeah you better hurry up and kill yourself because thats what nicotine doesWhat!?I told him I was trying to QUIT smoking, and he tells me to hurry up and KILL MYSELF!???I told him that what he said was rude, and he responded with a rude Yeah ok Maam.I cant remember the last time I felt SO DISAPPOINTED after visiting a business for the first time. He clearly should not be working in a tobacco shop, or in customer service at all.I left wondering what on earth had just happened.It felt like the business had been abandoned with no real employees in sight. I cant believe someone is actually paying Manuel to insult their customers.Ill never return to this place and Ill be sure to warn others to shop elsewhere. I have worked in places like this before, and how you treat customers makes all the difference.In a city like Chicago there are a lot of options, so you should at least receive decent customer service wherever you go. The owners are going to see a huge decrease in sales if they continue to let Manuel interact with their customers.

I walked in to get an estimate on a vape and (Currently blanking on the name) the male sales associate with the long hair and gauges was extremely helpful! I asked for prices and he told me way more about the pens than that. Definitely my new favorite smoke supply shop
