Best customer service experience Ive ever had. I needed help picking out a hose for my dog grooming business and they helped answer all my questions and found me a hose that works perfectly. Got the hose delivered quickly too. I will be buying from them again in the future.

The sales woman was ilequipped to answer my questions, wouldnt send me a sample, and I had to call and ask for my tracking number on $200 of hose Ill have to (Make Work) for my project. Hey guys at least you could make some videos demonstrating the properties of the products that you expect customers to order sight unseen.

They made a mistake on my first order then the sales rep wouldnt return my calls or emails. After 2 weeks, I received an email from the Sales Manager. He seemed knowledgeable of their product. I placed a 2nd order with a different configuration. 2 days later (over the weekend), I asked if I could change the assembly from a 2 ft hose, costing me $10.60, to a 3 ft hose. The response was no problem. Im looking at my credit card charges and they charged me $23.28 / assembly. 50% more hose but double the price? I emailed asking about the charges, but, as usual, Im not hearing anything back. Im trying to buy locally, but they are making it difficult.

They have the best website Ive ever used. I ordered 4 hoses from them last week and they arrived three days before they said they would. No problems at all. Thanks again for support!

Terrible customer service. I asked if I could get a small sample that I could pay for before placing a big order 300-400 ft of duct hose. The guy replied, nope I again offered to pay for the sample and explained that I would like to place a larger size order but would of course like to get a small sample before paying $1000+ for a duct hoses. Once again he said nope I said can you possibly run it by your manager and see if they can work something out? I am the manager thats when in realized the guy must hate his job because he was the least friendliest person ever and had zero motivation to actually make a sale. Bummer because I really am in need of the duct hose but there are other places with hopefully ppl motivated to sell and not sound like they hate their job.
