Usually delicious, but the last time I ordered on uber eats I was disappointed. I asked for everything on the corn plus extra butter.. all it had was cheese, no butter, no mayo, no chile -_- Also, there is mango or mango con chile ice cream options, I ALWAYS choose mango (without Chile) & always receive the one with chile. PLEASE, read the order notes. The food here is delicious but its hard to keep ordering from a place that gets my order wrong half the time

As soon as I walked in I said good afternoon. One of three ladies said what can I get you? As soon as a group of hispanic people walked in she greeted them with an enthusiastic good afternoon and the other two ladies helped them. I was with my black husband and his cousin. Then another group of Hispanic people walked in and the greeted them the same way. I felt the negative energy so we left immediately. I got better service at Los Pekes and tipped them well.

Really disappointed in this place, this is the 2nd time I placed an order on line, received a notification that it was ready for pick when I arrived it was NOT ready...the 1st time the workers just said ooohhh they are NOT ready... I waited another 15 min... 2nd time they said they are not ready .... I asked to speak with the manager & of couse he was NOT there...ok I said I will be back ...come back 10 min later & my order was NOT ready, all 3 workers proceeded to take care of the walk in customers... I will be calling the manager tomorrow or I hope the manager actually reads his reviews.... BAD customer service...it will be the last time I come here !!!!

Couldnt believe the selection here. From cappuchinos to natural yogurts and delectable and filling snacks and treats. Ive got many more visits before I can crown a true favorite. The team working here is refreshingly welcoming and the service is prompt, always with a smile. Truly feels like a family establishment. Looking forward to my next visit for a new treat.

I cant complain about this place at all. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door theyre very friendly and explain to you if you have any questions. If there is a long line, the line moves pretty quickly. Me and my husband go often so they give you this little card with stamps so you can redeem a mangonada when you complete it. I love this place and everything tastes really good.

I love the fruit specially strawberries on cream but prices are ridiculous not even Starbucks is that expensive $11.00 dollars for a cup come on

Love this place! They are so clean reasonable prices I use to always go to LA michoacana but they upped their prices and started giving you less fruit, this place gives you until your tray or cup is full worth buying and the people who serve you are always nice!

Delicious typical Hispanic paleteria. Theres an abundance of Michoanas, Los Mangos, and any usual name they use for these types of peleterías. But this one is definitely one of the better ones. They also offer some things that you wouldnt find in other paleterias. They also have a ton of staff, whom all are very friendly, and also very efficient. They also offer Uber eats, so its perfect for when your girlfriend is craving fresas con crema during her time of the month.The only complain that I have is that for some of the yogurt flavors they just use regular yogurt mixed with food coloring and flavor additives. I wish theyd just use actual real fruit for all their flavors. But all in all, this a great place!

Music is always playing loudly. I dont mind it at all, but when Im repeating myself 3 times to make the same order it needs to come down. I specifically repeated myself 3, and even corrected the worker after she messed up twice. When she got the right cup, she proceeded to give me a flavor I didnt ask for. Annoyed and frustrated I ordered another cup with the correct flavor, paid extra and left.

I ordered food two times in the same day from this place and the two times they screwed up and I call the shop and they told me to call Uber eats not good for ice cream and some nachos that it never got delivered
