Great products but it would be nice if the information on the website was valid. I just went to their storefront and they are closed. The day is Friday and the time is 2:05 p.m. The site says they are open for business but the security gate is down and they are clearly closed. Too bad because I really like them but professionalism is key.

They have good prices, great location( easy to get there via private or public transport), and they treat their customers with kindness. Ever so often, they give me a small item for free.

Ive been buying merchandise from this store for almost 2 decades,they treat everyone with respect and have great natural products. Muhammad is the best.

The website that is associated with this store is TOTALLY misleading and inaccurate. It needs to be taken down until its updated.I drove two hours to purchase oils based on the prices that were posted on the website only to arrive at the storefront and be told that the oils are almost three times the price that are posted on the web page. I was expecting staff to honor the prices posted on their web page since I had driven so far but I was just given $3 off of my total order. I then had to turn around and drive back home another 2 hours regretting that I even made a purchase at all. The website issuesn to be addressed ASAP.

Love the fragrances AND Butters - I use their products in soap making and NEVER have a problem. I have many customers that love their soaps made with these guys oils. I have also bought the shea butter lotion, black soap and again no problems. Good pricing too Nice local option

They have everything you need in bulk. Shea butter, oils, incense etc. It was a quick trip, in and out no complaints.

First they have good oil and insents for a good price or at lease i think so, and the service there is very good the people who work there are very nice and helpful

Well my 2 stars are for the lack of info. If you own a business and its your custom to leave and pray, then have that info on your door and posted on the net. Instead of having folks drive 30 min to not even be able to get in.

Fragrance oil is uncut I dont know why people complain about prices when u selling uncut but you getting cut oil on 31st dirt dirt cheap..but here you buy it uncut you give your customers quality oil..employees pretty nice they respect you you respect them

They have service Chicago for a long time NowThey carry all the supplies I need for my business and they speak kind to non whites. For a business that services in the minority community who themselves are not American says a lot! Many people in our community have forgotten the people that line their pockets and feed their children. And this is directed toward many races of people, not just the Arabs and Orientals!
