This was our first time purchasing shoes from Christian Louboutin. It can feel a little intimidating. Dont let it be. Everyone was very friendly, professional, & helpful. We were quickly put at ease. Darnell was terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time advising us in picking out the shoe that was just right for my fiancee. In addition, he also had some very interesting tips for the long-term care of the shoes. Things you wouldnt think of that can make a big difference so the shoes last and look good for a very long time. Youre spending a lot of money. It was comforting to have someone ensuring that she got the proper style, fit, and everything else that goes into it. We definitely recommend!

Im very disappointed with their costumer service, due the lack of privacy. I went on Louboutin to pick up my shoes that I bought from Darnell, and he asked me how was the event. He had the audacity to say that he never saw anyone wearing such a high heels(150 mm) to walk in an event unless it was for photos. Well, my event was a photoshoot in fact, but thats none of his business. First of all, I didn’t ask his opinion, second I don’t have to tell sellers why Im shopping. After all, who is paying the bill??????

Being in Sales myself; Customer Service is crucial to me. Darnell is absolutely BEYOND phenomenal & his Customer Service skills are SUPERB! I drove 2 hours hoping he’d be there based off reviews I’d read & I’m so grateful he was AND he exceeded my expectations. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful & efficient. First time shopper at Louboutin and I must say I was very happy with the customer service provided. Everyone was so welcoming and Darnell was beyond helpful when it came to getting the perfect shoe. I waited for this eventful purchase for the right timing and what better timing than marriage and graduation.I went in there with So Kate, in mind. However, Darnell, made sure I tried on Kate, before purchasing the shoe just to make sure I was taking the right fit home. Even though I sticked to what was in mind I truly appreciated how much attentiveness was given despite how busy he was. This showed me that he’s not just there to sell but also to make sure customers are happy with their product. Definitely, shopping at this location again! Wow!!! Flew to Chicago from Kansas City just to purchase my first pair of loubs for my 50th birthday!!! Darnell made me feel like a Queen and he is so good at what he does. I have 15 Christian Louboutin heels and this is actually my very first pair ever buying in a Louboutin store. I always buy them from Neimans or Nordstrom. But because Allen had the best customer service and was so quick to ship out my shoes he may have won me over! Thanks Allen!

I was a little wary going in after reading the reviews about the terrible customer service, but I was pleasantly surprised when as soon as I walked in, Darnell immediately asked if we needed help with anything. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes I was looking to purchase. I highly recommend you ask for him to help as he was super helpful and attentive throughout the entire time I was there. Definitely left a happy customer!

I had a HORRIBLE experience in this store today! The guy helping me was VERY rude, unkind and had a bad attitude. He made me feel like i was bothering him and annoying him... i wasn’t expecting this kind of treatment ... Will not shop there again!!!!

Stopped in on Saturday intending to walk out with a specific pair of shoes; however, that plan was thwarted by the horrendous customer service. I was only greeted by the doorman when I entered, not either of the 2 salespeople. I walked two laps around the store, then stood by the shoes I wanted, waiting to be helped. Instead, I was stared at from afar and when I attempted to make eye contact with the staff, their eyes averted. I had a positive experience the last time I was in, but this experience completely tainted this store for me. Do yourself a favor: skip this store and go somewhere the service is as high caliber as the merchandise it sells.

My spouse and I love our shoes. But it felt like we were ugly ducklings. We had already picked out shoes on the website. So it a good thing we came in knowing what we were looking for. Although We would have loved to get help.

Similar to other peoples experience, you may have to wait for a substantial amount of time before getting any help, this is not somewhere you can take your shoes off the shelf, and pay for them. I recommend not taking the shoes home with you if you live out of state, they can ship for free and youll save yourself substantial amount in tax money. Once you do get help, they take great care of you and are very knowledgeable about the shoe.

ALWAYS Great items but ALWAYS Expensive tags!!!!

Worst experience ever. Bought a wallet last week and decided to ship it to my place. Was told they will be ship and arrive in 1-2 days. Waited for a week and called them today (9 days after purchase) and they said I am supposed to received it already. Told them I never got anything not even an email about the tracking number and the staff said he will look it up for me and an hour later received an email that the wallet that I bought more than a week ago just ship. So the wallet that I bought never actually ship since the day I purchase it. Also when the day I visit the store, no one really care or even try to help me in the beginning. Avoid visiting this store and better just buy it online or other place.

I visited to this store today and I was very disappointed with the staff and the services that they provided. Not friendly at all and looked down on us. I mean who are you to do that after all you are just the worker there not the owner!!!! Asian guy is super rude and he should be fired! You are nothing but the sales person!!!!! I was at this store at 5.55pm meanwhile they close at 6pm,but I was glad I was still welcomed warmly and Danielle took his time to make sure Im Satisfied.If you know and want class this store is that trust me...value for your money anytime...expect me back soon.

The door guy is so tired to talk! Their policy for number of customers doesnt make sense. He told me to wait so one customer leave, and when the customer left, he said there are more customers in store. I went back twice, same story.

TERRIBLE customer service. Returned shoes that were given as a gift for Christmas gift. purchased 12.24, returned 12.26 to try getting a bigger size. i was told the shoe looked to be worn. how can a shoe be worn that was too small and purchased less than 24 hours ago? For all i know...this shoe could have been sold to my boyfriend in this condition. NEVER AGAIN

After i tired to get my money back they lied and never answered the phone again. They use bully style sell tactics. The store MANAGER NAME IS SEASON AND SHE IS A PURE LIER. PLEASE BE AWARE OF HER AND LEE. Can anyone please help me with this matter or give me some info to help my case ? I am gonna bring this to the local and national news and i am gonna file a lawsuit against them. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK THAT THEY STOLE FROM ME.

So glad I went here instead of going to a department store! Youll get a much more personalized and detailed shopping experience here. The store itself is super cool with a sort of 70s disco vibe. The selection is incomparable to a department store as its so much bigger. Harder to find shoes are readily located and the staff is wonderfully attentive. If you need to spend hours there trying on different pairs to find your perfect shoe the staff will help you. Their knowledge of styles, fit, everything is outstanding. Allen helped me there mainly and he was a huge help in finding my perfect first pair of Loubis (100mm black patent Pigalles) and I absolutely plan to return for more in the future. There are so many fun, funky options to see and try on. And every classic you could imagine. My sizing wound up being 2 sizes plus smaller in most Loubi heels than I am generally so going to the experts at a real Louboutin location was such a great experience. When Im ready to get a fun studded pair, sexy lacey bootie, nude pump, or a bright blue sandal I will definitely be back.

I went in to try on shoes for my wedding, and it just went downhill from there. You have to ring a freaking doorbell to get in, which is a bit snobby in the first place, but whatever.I asked to try on a pair of gorgeous heels, and one of the attendants got them for me, and the only size they had was a half size below what I normally wear. When I put them on, I commented that they hurt, and the attendant immediately said Louboutins arent meant to be comfortable in a snooty voice. I immediately took them off, put on my own shoes and left the store. How rude!

They didnt make buying my first pair for my bday a pleasant experience. Advice?! Buy from nieman or online, the boutique has poor customer service! Spent $750 and hate I did it at this store. Felt rushed and unappreciated. Was unhappy with one of the shoes after looking more at them so i just wanted to exchange for a newer pair, a pair that had NOT been tried on by who knows how many ppl...was told they would have to look at themselves before exchanging. I feel after spending that amount of money, I should be able to exchange for a new pair. Then I was told they only had 1 pair!? Which is the pair I had...pissed. never again...

I would like to give a zero or negative star for this store. Ive never write any reviews before because Im too lazy, but this time is different. In a past a few years, the assistants in the store were disrespective and rude, and now, they are even worse.1. The asian guy in the store is the worst assistant ever. During 2016 summer sale, I saw the reseller is selling the strass sneakers for a sale price (original:$3295+taxes). Obviously they are not cheap, even after the sale they are still above $2000 dollars plus the resellers commision. So I decide to try to contact the store first to see if I can purchase directly from them. I tried to call at least 2 times, both got answers of No the shoes are not on sale now. The last time I called them, I said that I saw the local reseller posted the picture and the guy asked for the resellers name, so Im pretty sure they were on sale. Guess what the guy then said over the phone? He said Oh, we can sell to her, but no to you. Hehe, what the fk????2. So I pay at a premium to purchase from the reseller, and today I went in the store myself. I saw that disgusting guy standing there always wear strass sneakers, his face is like Oh Im richer than you. I asked if the sneakers are still available, he said yes and they have my size. Then I told him the story that I called them before and purchased already from a reseller. After he knew I got from a reseller, he face turns down and said, you shouldnt get from them, they sell higher than us. I feel like really really FUNNY, Ive asked several times if I can buy from them and the answer is no and always being rude!!!!!! He even felt jealous about the resellers earnings, he said to me They make money really easy for that. Again hehe, isnt that because you gave the reseller chances to earn those money???? Why you complain about that to me???? AND WHY YOU ARE BEING ATTENTIVE TO RESELLERS THAN REAL CUSTOMERS?????I would stay as far away as I can to this store and rather get the items from resellers or Neiman Marcus. :) Im not spending over $2000 and be treated like an idiot.

I got my first pair of Loubs as a birthday gift but they were a bit tight so i went back to the store to exchange them and yes you have to ring a doorbell to get it but it doesnt bother me at all! The store is kinda small and the selection not as good as online but its such an adorable little space! The staff seemed very nice to me i went a half size up and they felt better on my feet! Yes Loubs are not ment for comfort expecially if you are going 120mm and up! They are a work of art though im in love with them! The sales guys gave me some reallt good tips on how to stretch them and to wear them at home a lot before i go out in them! I had a great experience would definitely go back for more!!
