I needed a lamp that would be tall enough to bend over my art table, where I paint stones, and make earrings, and paint in coloring books. I wanted something that would go with my decor, and not be too obvious that its super tech-y or modern. I had no idea that the old light might be causing eye strain, but I decided to try this Dr. Lite lamp just in case. Plus I like lamps that change colors, because I can make the room look different. At night I like the lowest setting. The lamp looks good and the customer service is really excellent, which nowadays is super important. See photo.

Bought the Dr Lite Ellis desk lamp for my daughter’s room as the one she had was old and takes a while to light up. I chose the Ellis as it has the option of clamping it to the shelf, saving space on her rather small desk. It was very easy to install. The moment I turned it on, right away I was able to see what a big difference this light makes. I did photo editing on her desk (before she came home from college), and I can see so much better even without my reading glasses! Since she is home, she is very pleased that she has this bright but not glaring desk light to finish the rest of her semester. Just received my Kenzo Desk Lamp for my home office! It is everything I hoped for and I love it. The assembly was super simple and took me less than five minutes to put together. There are many easy adjustments available for the lamp such as the height and the angle. The focus lighting and brightness variances are my favorite parts. It makes working long hours in front of my desk much more comfortable for my eyes. The blue-light safe feature is a plus that I must mention. It prevents me from having any sleep disturbances after working in the evening. Its a must buy!

I bought this lamp for my mother because she has a degenerative condition that is causing her to slowly lose her eye sight. She loves to sew and embroider but her eyes get tired easily these days. I love my Dr. Lite Lamp. I purchased my light early this year, for months Ive been wanting to get a reading light. Every time I would use my notebook my eyes would hurt, it got to the point where I would get headaches. After reading the long-term effects of blue UV- Light I took action by buying the Halo Task Lamp. When I received it, I was excited to use it. After a few days, I saw a difference, my eyes didnt strain and my headaches went away. The brightness on my notebook and monitor were reduced to less than 50%. Great lamp for décor and reduce tired eyes symptom from blue lightI purchased this floor lamp about 4 months ago, it has served us well.Due to covid, my kids are spending long hours every day for virtual study and complaint about tired eyes and headache. We did some researches about blue light from laptop or monitor can cause the issues.We looked into different options like blue light glasses, blue light monitor screen protector. Friend of mine introduced me the lamp that can filter the blue light. I found Dr Lite and think the floor lamp looks great and would work for our office room and other rooms in the house.My 12 year old son was excited about it. He spent about 30 min to- open the box, carefully take each part out from the box- read the instruction- put the pieces together by himself.I am impressed how easy to assemble the floor lamp. He did experience issues about couple pipes that a plastic caps were installed in two connected pipes that prevent him from screw it together. I just took a flat (-) screw driver to gently remove one of the plastic cap. So that, the pipes can be screwed together.My son placed the floor lamp on the corner of the desk. He likes it so much and been using the light when he has been taking the virtual classes between 5 to 6 hours a day. No more tired eyes or complaint about headache.The floor lamp has three level of brightness setting, I like this features which allow us to adjust the room brightness in different time of the day or night.Again, we love the floor lamp not because the modern look but it also helps to eliminate the issues that cause by blue light.

Received my product quickly. The Mia Magnifier lamp is such a great tool - has multiple light settings depending on what I’m doing. I like to do some crafting or sewing when watching tv, so it’s great to have it in out in our tv room (moved it from our study where we originally had it). Plus having the magnifier let’s me put off having to buy reading glasses a little while longer lol. Most likely going to get another one for my kids, for doing school work and art assignments. I am so happy with Dr. Lite attached to my drawing table! I was having trouble with my vision and this light got me to cry happy tears. Colors show up true! I purchased two Dr. Lites during Covid as in our home, my boyfriend and daughter increased their time in front of a screen. We had Otte Lights before and thought they worked well until switching over to Dr. Lite. Dr. Lite was gentler on the eye and reduced the fatigue for my boyfriend who in his 50s, already wears bifocal contacts and sometimes when reading long documents, reading glasses. Im a Science Believer. So when I started reading about how damaging blue-light was for my eyes I started making changes right away - I only get one pair of eyes in this life and I want to keep them healthy. I changed the filters on my phone and other devices, and then I got the Dr. Lite. I wish I had one in every room of my house! I have NO eye srtain when I use it- which means I can read for much longer periods of time with no discomfort. I had the pleasure of being a beta tester for the Angel Desk Lamp by Dr. Lite.Assembly was very simple. One quick screw. Love the weighted base so the lamp won’t tip over. Very nice touch to the on/off switch making it touch sensitive instead of a button. The 3 level of dimming on the Angel Lamp gives a good variety in light setting for the user. On the highest level, it is over 6000K which is equivalent to sunlight on a bright sunny day, minus the glare and blue light.I do like the adjustable angles available and the movements are smooth which is a plus. Overall the ergonomic design is great.I had my oldest daughter, who’s 11, try it for the week while she does her homework at night. She has noticed she has been able to fall asleep faster than normal after finishing her school work. She prefers the middle light setting since she’s up late or up early to work on her homework. I personally prefer the brightest setting with my “older” eyes 😁.Overall I would recommend this.

Ive bought 2 lamps for myself and 1 for my elderly mother. I have one on a stand to roll around as needed and one stationary by my bed. Its very sturdy and well made. Its been a life-saver for me being able to read and do crossword puzzles despite my multiple eye issues. The arm has multiple articulations to allow for easy fine adjustments to angle the light & lens to avoid glare on the page or when I shift position. The lens is high quality. The light adjustment button is very responsive. I cant think of anything Id want better except that the stand came packaged in Styrofoam which is hard to dispose of. Customer service is very responsive.

Dr. Lite sells quite an incredible product! I purchased the Ellis floor lamp to help with my blue light insensitivities and it just wonderful. It is a well structured lamp, and adjustable in almost every aspect. I love that I can adjust the lamp closer or further to me based on what Im doing, and I can adjust the lighting tones and brightness as well. I highly recommend this lamp for creators of any kind!

This is an amazing lamp! I started having issues with computer work and reading after a car wreck in Jan. This light has proven to be extremely supportive for my light sensitivities. I also purchased an Ottlite in an attempt to save some money. However, it proved to not be in my best interest. It was far too dim. With this Dr. Lite, it provides exactly the right amount of lighting/brightness that I need. And most importantly, it truly helps prevent headaches and the eye strain that I was previously experiencing when I wasnt using it.

I’ve had Ischemic optic neuropathy for over 8 years. During that time, I’ve been unable to see words clearly without much eyestrain.
