This is a great place for women to find just the right undergarments. Im often hard to fit and found the staff very helpful, providing terrific options and wonderful service.I recently needed a repair (a broken hook) for a bra Id purchased there. The work was done quickly and without question or charge.I strongly recommend this place and look forward to returning myself!

I came into the shop looking for some options for my wedding dress; Kacey was incredibly kind, helpful, patient and understanding. She really listened to my needs and made me feel heard. I had a really disappointing experience at Bras Galore. I’m larger chested and wanted to get a supportive push up bra for my wedding (which per the website I got the sense that they could accommodate a bridal look) but I ended up leaving in tears. What I thought would be a purchase that would make me feel empowered and sexy ended up making my self esteem take a nose dive. They only had what I could only refer to as a matronly beige and nothing would offer the push up that I was looking for (which I indicated I wanted in my questionnaire prior to my appointment). If you’re looking for an undergarment to make you feel sexy and womanly while also offering support I suggest you look elsewhere.Edit: they also seem to be a company that is comfortable listing the sizes of clients publicly without their permission.

The first thing I want to mention about Bras Galore is they know what their doing. Ive never been so educated from a bra store and learned so much from purchasing a bra from them, The bras that finally fit. In all my years of wearing a bra Ive never been so comfortable its amazing. All I want to do is go back and buy more!! They have so many options to choose from and all you have to do is wait for them to bring them. The biggest thank you to my fitter Chassidy for helping me find what I never knew I needed.

-: Their fitting experience is fine but no better than VS. They don’t actually have that much of a style range. Every thing in the store is incredibly expensive- no bra under $80, no panty under $20. NO RETURNS (store credit). +: They do have a wide size range and have specialty stuff like bridal and swim. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I did find 2 that I liked. Overall, if you have a weird size or a specific request, you might want to take a look. If not, skip it.

Wife and I both decided to get fittings, which we were able to easily schedule online. When we arrived, they had clear social distancing and mask rules in place, and hand sanitizer. Everyone was kind and helpful, making what could be a very uncomfortable situation easy and pleasant. They listened to us, and gave us awesome suggestions. Big shout out to Kacey, one of their expert bra fitters, for being extra supportive and patient with me! Definitely will be back.

Heather was professional and attentive through the whole process, even when I was upset with her about product delivery problems that were not her fault! Had a great experience! As a full chested woman, bra fitting is very important. Heather was very knowledgeable fitting me with at least 20 bras until we both decided on just the right one. Also plenty of street parking which was a plus!

Some people raved about the selection. I made the 3 hour trip to get there, only to find that there was really not as much selection for a 40H. The young woman who helped me told me that I could not look for myself, and brought me several bras to try on, including an $80 spandex bra with no support. She told me that there werent any more to try, so I left with 2 bras by Goddess, which shapes breasts into cones, but after all that, I felt like I had to leave with something. Bras are slightly overpriced, with the 2 costing $145. No sales, no way to bring the price down, but they put a flyer in my bag about $5 off if I recommended them to someone else and that someone bought one. Buy local, the flyer said, dont buy these online for less. Personally, it was a rather lame offer considering how expensive they were. Worth the trip? Not so much

This is the most incredible place I have ever gone for bra shopping. Its generally not very enjoyable, but this place has changed my perspective. Ive been twice now and the customer service is wonderful. Everyone there is kind and inclusive. I cant say enough about how much joy this place brings me. Theyre open now for appointments in our pandemic world, and I felt very safe and taken care of. If youre in need of a bra or a bathing suit, Id absolutely encourage literally everyone to go here.

I have never bought a bra here, but I did buy a swimsuit. Customer service was phenomenal. I love the personalized service. Not the biggest fan of on line shopping. I liketo feel and touch what I am buying. I will always get my swimsuits here. Great selection in December. I normally hate shopping for swimsuits but this was quick and painless. Love my suit and didnt just settle for something that was ok. I liked it so much, that I am bringing my daughter in law and grand daughter to get suits.

Bras Galore provided me the best bra-fitting, bra-buying, and swimsuit shopping experience I have had in 35 years of living! I have tried all of the major department stores, Nordstrom and the like, and they do not compare to Bras Galore. I am 52, 135 pounds, and am now properly sized (small band, extra large cup). Day-to-day it is so difficult shopping for bras and swimsuits because nothing fits! I cannot do Victorias Secret, Target, H&M, even Nordstrom. The ladies at Bras Galore took time and care to properly size me, teach me bra care, and then stick with me as I tried over 15 different bras. I was so impressed by the extensive inventory they carried so I could truly find my best bras. They are sooooo comfortable and I dont even take them off when I walk in the door after a day at work (can you believe that!?). Then, I switched to swimsuits - I bought 2 of the best-fitting, most-flattering, most-confidence boosting suits I have ever purchased! I live in Miami so swimsuits are key. I feel so secure and comfortable in the suits for a day at a pool party or the beach. I walked away with 5 new bras and 2 new swimsuits. Thank you, Bras Galore!

Bra shopping is one of my most hated activities, but I have my wedding dress fitting next weekend and needed to find something that works. The lovely ladies at Bras Galore were amazing. It has been more than 10 years since I last got fitted for a bra. I went into Bras Galore and they were SO helpful. I filled out a little information sheet and was taken into the back immediately for a fitting. After finding out my bra was 3 sizes too small they helped me find the prfect fit. I FEEL SO MUCH LIGHTER AND BETTER. IT IS AMAZING. I was in and out in 30 minutes with 3 beautiful new pieces and the perfect sports bra as well, which has been a challenge since I have a larger bust. Great experience overall. And when I left they made a note of a few items I was on the fence about so I could try again next time if I like. Highly recommend.

All new clients receive a complimentary fitting. I walked out with a bathing suit I feel sexy and supported in, a sports bra thats cute and functional, and a handmade Ewa Michalek bra! *Swoon* Service was excellent! Note: Price points are on the high end and they only do exchanges or store credit. Ill definitely be back!

This store is amazing. They have a wide range of sizes that you cant easily find at department stores. Staff are very helpful and will give you a professional fitting while guiding you through their huge collection. Need wedding lingerie? Strapless? Slimming wear? Swimwear? They have all of that and more. If youre looking for a cheapo bra, head to Target. If you want quality, well made lingerie this is the place.

Probably the best place in Chicago to get a brassiere. The staff are some of the most amazing and gracious people, very patient, who take their time and ensure you are getting what you need. Nobody will sell you anything you dont want, and they listen attentively to you. Its like having a custom tailor for intimate upper wear. Best experience in a bra fitting - I don’t know why I spent years trying to find a bra on my own. High quality and good selection, no pressure sales people. Despite what other reviews said, they are very explicit with the tags on 30 day policy, verbally and on the invoice/care postcard. Great staff here. I plan on continuing to buy from here to support a great local business - prices match what’s online at other retailers.

The first time shopping here and it will definitely be the last. I purchased three bras from here less than 30 days ago. I was told when I purchased ( and I have witnesses as I was not alone) if there are any issues with the items within the first 30 days to bring them back and they can attempt to adjust them or exchange them for something else. Well, I went back to the store with the items because two of them I notice where leaving a mark which wasn’t there before I purchased here. When I came in, the lady who attempted to help (as there is only 3 of them in the store) takes me to a fitted room and I explain my issues with the items. She says okay but walks out to discuss with her co-worker. I hear her tell the lady the issues and she comes back to the room. The conversation goes a little something like this:Her- Do you have the tags that came from these bras? Me- No because I wasn’t told I needed them as you can look it up in the system. Her- Well these have signs that they have been worn so we can’t exchange them for you the only thing I can do is see if the strap needs is fitting snug. Me- This is not what I was told. I was told that if there was an issue bring them back and you all would try to adjust or complete an exchange. I know how to properly use these items and this isn’t my first time purchasing. Her- They didn’t tell you you would need the tags. Me- no and I called here Saturday to confirm I could bring them back. She never said anything about tags. Don’t worry about it, I’ll just purchase new bras. Her- I’ll bring some in for you to try. Me- I’ll be purchasing elsewhere. This experience has been one of the worse. The stores policies should be clear and there should be a 30 day policy if you need the bras to be BRAND NEW when returning to the store with issues. I was told the only way they can do an exchange is if it’s a manufacture issue. So why don’t you tell people this upfront.

I had a really positive experience here. As someone who has been made to feel like their bra size was a problem other places, it was great to work with someone who just really wanted me to feel great in the bra that I took home. Be prepared to spend some time and to drop some $$$, but it will be so worth it to have a great quality, well-fitting bra. They have tailors and accept exchanges and go through the care that will have your bra lasting a long time.

A great variety of bra sizes. Fast, helpful service. Dont expect to walk and just tell them what size you are, thats not how the service works. They do a fitting first which is helpful because many women are wearing the wrong size/fit of bra AND then the staff pulls various options based on what youre looking for. Great service! Also, they have a 30 day return period if you keep the tag, provide info in how to properly care for your bras and make alterations on bras purchased at full price.

Oh my goodness, ladies, you are in for a treat. Kasey happened to be the one who measured me, found my proper size (!) and brought me so many beautiful bras to try. I walked out with 5 lovely bras and was back three days later because one did not work -- Kasey was there again and handled the exchange so easily and gracefully. This store is a gem -- the personal touch plus enormous depth of both stock and knowledge. Just go!

Great Customer Service! My situation is a little non-traditional, because I do a majority of the shopping for my wife, and to say that shes a difficult fit would be an understatement. Sadly, since Im a male, I dont always get the warmest reception in lingerie stores, but this was the best welcome and by far, the most amazing customer service that I have ever received. The products are wonderful, and selection is great and I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about the store, the personnel, or the products. It was so good, that my wife and I are travelling from Nashville to Chicago, just so she can see it in person.

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that I wish it existed in my city! I had the most amazing experience at this store while traveling (Im from Guelph in Canada). The staff was helpful, fun, and completely put me at ease. I needed a bra for under my wedding dress and I walked out with the perfect one within 15 minutes and that wasnt because I was rushed at all - it was just that easy to find the perfect fit here! I cant say enough good things. The selection is incredible and the staff is second to none.If the staff happens to read this - BLESSED BE THE FRUIT! Cant wait to visit again.

Part of the initial bra consultation is measurements taken by the bra consultant for correct bra fittings. They carry a lot of brands and quality of bras is outstanding. The prices ranges between $50-70 and well worth it for properly fitted bra.

From the time I walked in I received personalized assistance. The same associate that measured me picked out bras and made sure everything fit perfectly. I love the selection for bigger size chest. No more boring colors. The prices werent bad at all. You can also make a list of bras that you want to buy later and they can ship it to your home. i will definitely be going back!!!!

Id never had a bra fitting before, and I was a little apprehensive about it because of the whole stranger inspecting my breasts thing. But Heather was so nice and funny, I felt at ease right away. After learning my correct bra size, I tried on a lot of different ones, and went home with three that are pretty, comfortable, seem very well made, and arent nearly as expensive as I was afraid they would be. Great experience over all, and I will be back. Basically, if you have breasts, you should definitely shop here.

Wonderful shop, with a very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Heather was my fitter, and she was absolutely fantastic. She spent over an hour with me, providing fit advice, and listening to my feedback. Im a difficult fit, and usually shop at department stores that offer just a few boring options, or play a guessing game online. I was looking for a couple daily-wear t-shirt bras, a strapless, and to explore some pretty options. Heather brought me twenty bras in her first pull, with a variety of fits to try, all beautiful as well as functional. We fine-tuned the fit, and I walked out with three perfectly fitting bras, with additional options noted for next time. While I was trying my options, I could hear Heather and another fitter working with other customers, and they provided the same time and attention to everyone they were working with - first rate customer service. Make an appointment, give yourself a couple hours to find your perfect fit, and invest in foundations that will change how you feel in your clothes.

If you have never been fitted for a bra before it does feel a little weird. but everyone was very nice and I was able to find a comfortable bra that fit me well.

First of all, all the staff I have dealt with have been very nice and helpful. However, this style of shopping is not for me and I wanted to write this review to warn to others who agree. This is not a store where you can browse. You must get an associate to help you try on any of their bras. Even if you try to look around on your own, half the inventory is in a staff only room. So if you try on anything with a staff member, you feel guilty if you dont get anything and everything is overpriced (which you probably wont notice until youre in the dressing room with the associate). For me, its a MUCH better experience to order specialty sized bras online (once you know your true size). If anything, buy one bra here so you can get a professional fitting.

My wife approves, if she could give six stars she would. Individual care, very attentive staff that knows how to put their clients at ease.

If you are a woman who has never been fitted for a bra, and who isnt pleased with her current bras, please check this place out! I took my measurements at home and realized I was NOT wearing bras designed to fit me (measure under the bust, then measure at the widest area of the bust; the lower measurement is your band size, on the higher measurement for every inch greater add a cup size [1=A; 2=B, etc.]).Initially, each customer fills out a little survey of bras worn currently, current issues with fit, customer preferences, and also some personal information, which I did not opt to fill in completely. Kiana, one of the fitting specialists - she was fantastic! - then asked what I was looking for, what I wanted in a bra, what color/s, and then proceeded to find many garments for me to try on and choose from. The fitter will ask for your preference as to whether you want her to assist with trying on and adjusting the bras or whether youd rather she come back and check. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and so respectful of a customers modesty.I know that for many women this may be just a first step in finding the most suitable bras, but its an invaluable one! We found right away that the initial size didnt quite work for me, and Kiana knew exactly what revisions to make in the size, then whisked away all the bras she had initially provided, and replaced them with as many options in the new size. I spent about an hour there and left with 3 bras. If youre unsure of how satisfied you are with a particular bra, Bras Galore invites you to wear it at home for a few hours to see how you like it. As long as the tags are still on the garment, it is returnable for 30 days.I cant recommend this store highly enough!

Bars Galore is the perfect definition of this place. Great swimwear collection and a bit of cover ups. It would take you all day to go through these racks. Why bother wasting time? These ladies do a one-on-one consultation before you even start. Figure out what youre shopping for, your personal issues with bras, and off you go to the fitting rooms. Ive been back to this place several times. Love it every time.

Was looking for a specialty bra shop here in Chicago and came across this place and all the great reviews and EVERYTHING I read was absolutely TRUE!! This place is AMAZING!! From the moment you walk through the door to the professional bra fitting to the purchase and walking out, the experience was nothing short of life changing!!For any woman with special bra needs (uncommon back size/cup size) bra shopping can be a nightmare but Heather and her team make it so easy and even an enjoyable experience. They are so friendly and professional and they REALLY know their stuff. I previously had to shop at Soma Intimates because no one carried my size, and if they did, they didnt have much variety at an affordable price. My girls recently blew back up and Soma wasnt much help. They tried to tell me I was some other back size that Ive NEVER been before, even at my heaviest and they dont carry cup sizes past a G anyway.The point is, if you wear a special size or just want to be professionally measured YOU MUST GO HERE!! I will NOT be shopping anyplace else in Chicago for my bra needs. So not worth the overpriced headache to go elsewhere. Even my boyfriend said hes never seen me so happy over a bra.BEST bra shopping experience EVER!!👍👙😊

LOVE this place! It can be a bit expensive but it’s totally worth it. The staff is amazing and understanding and gives great advice.I’m an odd size and used to be sized as a 34DDD but that never felt quite right. It was somehow too big and too small at the same time. Then add being charged an extra fee for not being a “normal” size and chain store bras ended up costing just as much then not fitting anyway. I walked out with a 30J that feels amazing and actually fits!

I just want to share with anyone interested in getting fitted at Bras Galore - the service experience is amazing and the knowledge base here is fantastic. I worked with Jilean (sp?) who finishing up her training. Incredibly personalized, customer-focused experience. I left feeling amazing about my choices. This was the first time I have ever been fitted for a bra and I was surprised to see how wrong I have been getting it for years! Im much more comfortable and look slimmer in my clothes. It is a bit pricey, but I think the experience more than makes up for it. And anything you buy in store can be altered for free for up to a year after purchase. Thanks Bras Galore!

This place is mecca for big breasted ladies. Last year I flew from Thailand via england through europe in search of good bras. This time last year the wonderful Miss Heather aiding me me in buying a years worth of the most fantastic bras undies and bathing suits. Went here last year for some bras and I was really happy with both the products they carried, the attendants knowledge about which bras would serve me, and their ability to cater to a unique and diverse array of body types. I have a small band size and large cup size, and unfortunately this makes finding the right bra impossible in most stores. (I did my own band size tailoring at one point). I found great quality bras that FIT and have really made my life easier. I was even able to get a really cute lingerie bra that I LOVE and am reluctant to give up on, even though its starting to approach the end of its band life. The only drawback to this store is that bras are pricey, but thats more of a systemic issue about bras than anything else, so I cant really fault this shop, and I have still given it 5 stars. You can expect to spend about $40 on a bra on the low end, and the higher end of pricing will go about $60-$70+ depending on what youre getting, and if youre choosing to buy matching underwear and/or a matching garter belt, etc.. You should definitely visit if you have the least bit of suspicion that your bras are just not properly fitting and you cant find any in stores that will. I had a very validating experience here.

Stop by the other day It was my second visit. Sales woman was very nice but did not have alot of inventory for my size like they did before I was only given one option for a bra unlike the first time I came there were a variety of choices.

Probably the only place in the world I can get a bra for my cup and waist size.

Overpriced bras that are actually used. All bras here are tried on, bare skin, by potential customers, until the right fit is found. Each bra is then sprayed with some sort of bacterial spray, and put back on shelves, to be tried on by more women(and men), until it is sold. Bras are at least $70 a piece.
