The owner, Al, is one of the greatest guys you will ever meet. I used to live close by but moved further downtown and whenever I’m in the neighborhood, I always make a point to stop there. Great selection and people.

The go-to liquor store if youre getting off the Brown line at Diversey. Its just steps from the L station. The owner, Al, is very friendly and helpful. Hes been there for years. For a small liquor store, Al has fair prices and a surprisingly wide selection. Of course he doesnt compete with the super stores but to pick up something up on the way home from work, its perfect!
