Booked a nap appointment to try out their flagship hybrid original only to find they dont have it in store, only the all foam original. How ridiculous is that? Casper, you only have like 4 different main mattress models, why the heck would you not have at least one of each in-store for testing?? Youre a mattress-in-a-box company with a brick and mortar store for presumably expressly this purpose.

Casper is an amazing company! The reason why I say that is the employees are top of the line. My dream maker was Regis. My partner and I just bought a bed and needed some Guidance and to purchase some merch as well. REGIS was so insightful. He guided us on which merch was best for us and taught us all the in and outs of their well designed. I will always remember Regis and his professionalism will be why I buy my next Casper.

First time here and it was wonderful. The worker named Colby helped me and was very helpful. Colby was very patient and was knowledgeable of the product. I will definitely come back to this location.

This is a great store. If youre getting a new mattress, you need to try it in person first. Dont rely on website descriptions alone. Regis was a huge help to my wife and I. He was very attentive to our questions and keeping things clean due to covid. Thank you!

Great staff! They made the process really easy. They were even great keeping our kids entertained while we tried various mattresses. We purchased a split king, but didn’t like it, so we exchanged for a California king. The process was a bit cumbersome, but the staff guided us through it and made sure we didn’t have to spend a night without a bed.Oh and the mattress is super comfortable. 😃

We were looking at new mattresses online and were lucky they recently opened a Casper store by where we live. We were able to go in and try out all the mattresses and get some insight on what would work best for us.The staff was helpful and friendly. They obviously tried to up-sell all the accessories, but were not overly pushy about it. While you don’t need to purchase in-store, we did. The whole process took less than 30 min (this included setting up financing).I feel much better about my purchase being about to see and feel the product and would recommend it. Street parking is metered, but you should be able to find a spot.

The staff was so helpful and explained all of the products. Being able to test the mattress really sets casper apart from the other online mattress companies and the look and feel of the store (along with the staff being so helpful and knowledgeable) gave a great impression of the company. Will turn to casper for all my bedding needs!
