Impressed is an understatement for the level of customer service we received upon arriving to this OTB. Tom and the other staff are all so friendly. They brought snacks and drinks promptly. The VIP area is perfect for anyone wanting a nice party space while handicapping and placing bets. Will definitely be back!

Great place to go place bets on horses very crowed and popular when Kentucy Derby come on. May 1, 2017, Preakness, and Belmont Stakes pay out if win same day food and drinks served doing the races they served Wine & Spirits and 🍺 beer by the mug or pitcher. I highly recommend this place to the public must be 21years old to enter with a State ID or Illinois Driver license or any other state government ID card.

I had went there to try my luck and make a few bets on Horses.The establishment is nice several hundred TVs..The Crowd are friendly but the Clerks are not friendly..I had made a few bets on horses to win and as the race was done I had went to the Clerk to see what I had won & the Clerk had told me No you didnt win anything..a gentleman,a customer had told me that next time when u go and make a bet u buy the tickets with the clerk & after the race is finished go to one of the Machines & place your tickets on the scanner to see if u had won because the Machines will tell u that u had won but when u go to the Clerks they wont tell u because they dont want u to win they the Clerks they want u to lose because the Clerks there at OTB they know that u dont know anything about Horse Races & placing bets..Its a Lesson Learned..

This place needs work! I know casinos have diminished the attendance but this is pitiful. A business must reinvest some money in the facilities. This is a hub for minorities and it shows.

I was not only shocked but not happy to be charged a city tax. The Crestwood location doesnt have a cover charge... Not good
