Walked into the store, no one at the counter, hear someone talking loudly over the phone in the back. Screamed hello to get persons attention 3 times in 2 minute intervals, no response, she is still on the phone... 10 mins later I just left...

Ive had a lot of bad experiences going to copy shops, so I was shocked at how helpful they are in this place.Also, the walk-up copier was well-maintained and made very clean copies (again, Im used to junky machines in copy shops).

Strange experience. 2 of the high speed copiers were broken. The clerk was crying and said she was quitting the next day.
