Placed my order. Waited until I should have received it to follow up to be told it was on hold for an additional freight charge. Initially approved the additional freight for a lift gate just to get my order. The delivery driver would not come down the street so we met at a floors and more. He said they should take off the lift gate charge as we did not use it. Some bottles were broke and some missing. Also had not received my labels. After reaching out to Berlin with no response I disputed partial payment for the missing/damaged items and the over charge on shipping. Now Berlin keeps charging my card for charges I did not authorize. I will dispute it with the credit card company again. Will not do business with them again!
Horrible customer service! Phone lines have been closed for weeks due to training. Online chat response is a waste of time. Sales Rep stopped answering emails 0 help!!
