The employee was very friendly. They had a piece of furniture to match the rest of my furniture that I’ve been looking for for nearly a year. The sales lady discussed all there financing options and even checked other stores inventory for some other items I’m interested in.

Friendly staff let me look at furniture at my own speed. Could not find what I was looking for anywhere. I hesitantly special ordered. Manager told me 2 to 4 weeks. They had it ready for me to pick up in a week. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used to live closer to OKC and always shopped for furniture there but recently moved to Chickasha and wanted to shop locally if possible. We bought a new mattress and box springs a few months ago, we got a great deal and great customer service! Thanks!

Worse customer service that I have ever received. They delivered a broken, returned item to me, then didn’t have any more in stock. They had to order me another loveseat, Jay then ordered the wrong item. After 2 1/2 months of calling weekly to check on my item I went into the store. In the store the manager Jay treated me with no respect and smirked and made smart remarks to my every question. We tried to buy local to support our community, but that was a huge mistake.

Obviously under new management, I had a totally different experience than when I came in last year! The staff was very friendly and took his time to help me find just what I was looking for. So glad I have this store another chance, I will definitely be back!

They say there is a 48hr return policy on beds and lied. I have the bed still in the plastic I went to speak with them about the return and they said I spoke to them 20min past the return window and then I told my husband depending on the return policy I would like to have a bunk bed like the one in there store and the guy kicked me out and said if I didnt leave he would call the cops which was very unprofessional when after having trouble returning a mattress which has to be done threw customer service which I was on hold with at the time I still was looking at one of there items to buy and get kicked out... Never ever shopping here again!!!!! Worst galleria furniture Ive ever been in!!!! Worst experience buying an item ever!!! Ive never been kicked out of a store so this was a shock to me and the customers that heard it all and walked out because of his unprofessional attitude towards me!!!

Ive been furnishing my house a little at a time herand there through Furniture Gallery USA. The Bed frame came apart first time i laid on it, the middle support board broke in two. The chairs for the table were poorly constructed,the screws not tightened giving off the impression that they were cheaply made. Already having an account with them I decided to get some recliners for a Mothers Day gift for my expecting wife, and two end tables to go with them. The end tables had chips in side and hair sized scratches on surface when delivered. I called them and they told me to get a stain marker and touch it up!The recliners, after couple months, started to lose there stuffing out of the microfiber material.About a month or two later something inside loosened up or broke causing a bumpy rocking motion, I called. The manager Brian more than willing to help me out, Until he heard their was baby spit up on it. Him beingHonest told me the lifetime warrenty on the frame and the one year fabric warrenty was void and the wouldnt be honored because it could have a little bit of baby spit up on it. This store is for people who likes Brand New used furniture. I do not recommend the Furniture Gallery USA to anyone.
