I called to inquire additional information to see if this glass shop could accommodate my needs. The woman that answered the phone was unprofessional & rude!!!

The older gentleman that did work for me In The past always did a great job. Some young guys did my latest job and I was unhappy with the work. There was broken plastic glazing around the windows from when they replaced them. They also replaced some panes of glass and the glazing they used wasn’t installed very cleanly and looked sloppy. I wasn’t happy and called the company at which the lady on the phone wasn’t willing to help and said the glazing was siliconed in and was broke when they cut it out. She said the plastic glazing was discontinued and there was nothing they could do other than siliconing around the pane. I feel like the older gentleman would have never have been ok leaving that repair in such a poor looking state. Won’t be using this company in the future.

This place has been around for a long while, and the man running it appears to know what hes doing. No nonsense or excuses, just getting the job done. I can appreciate that. You probably can too.

Did exactly what needed to be done. Cost me less than they originally estimated.
