CVS is a first-rate pharmacy. Not only do they give excellent prescriptions service, but they also have a number of other items in the store to purchase. You can do a little bit of shopping while youre waiting for your prescription. They also give flu shots so if you are looking for a good Pharmacy, you cant do much better than CVS.
I went to CVS to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist said I need to finish this and after I take care of the customer at the drive through I will take care of you. More than 30 minutes later the pharmacist was still chit chatting with the customer, it was not business related. Seriously considering not going back and going to Wal-Mart instead. The pharmacist needs to understand the customers time is more important than his chit chat time.
Advertised free flu shots. Arrived and then they asked for my insurance card. They do not accept Blue Cross Blue shield, so I ended up just paying cash. They are not free...
Was hing up on by Mgr Mike and he also refused to provide the information requested.I called back and was placed on hold then hing up on once call picked up and I introduced myself. It appears tgey may have caller ID as zi continued to call and they woyld pick up and immediately hang up without even saying hello.I was calling to ask about the Money Gram services and for a number. I am appaked that a store who has already undergone issues with pharmacy techs stealing opiates, would not wirk extra hard to provide good service. I am calling Corporate as well as Better Business Bureau and posting on local community page about my loor experience. Word of mouth travels fast and can be your best or worst advertising.
Since about 1 1/2 ago the service at the pharmacy has been poor. The pharmacy tech has a bad attitude doesnt want to help rude. But all other cvs pharmacys are nice and willing to help with a smile
I am a regular at CVS and I know this company wants to do their best.
Friendly helpful staff, I enjoy my shopping experience there
Vary good people
Definitely a CVS
Decided to walk in for my second Pfizer dose today they advertise walk ins welcome right at the front door. But I guess the pharmacist was upset due to two walk ins he told me they don’t offer the Pfizer doses which they also advertise right when you walk in! I was turned away! Thanks to Walgreens for always coming in clutch and not having rude pharmacist
