Customer service was great! That was the second time I had shopped there and they were so nice both times.

I ordered a brumate as a present from here and received it in a completely different box then what it actually was and it was crossed out, written in sharpie all over it and torn. Contacted the company and they were extremely rude and wouldnt do a thing. Very unprofessional and a complete scam. Do not order anything from here.

Its a super cute little store. The name is a wee bit misleading - it is not outdoor gear.
