Very helpful with assisting me in starting a chain saw I bought 5 months ago. Two store employees took my saw to the back and determined that the fuel level may have been too low and it may have been flooded. After adding fuel and using the correct starting procedure they were able to start the saw. They then explained the starting procedure to me. When I returned home I used the explained procedure and was able to start the saw. Very pleased with the great assistance and friendliness of the employees that helped me at the Brandts Ace Hardware in Chickasha, OK.

Very friendly and helpful people that work there. Just moved here a little over a year ago and have had no complaints with anyone that works at Brandts. The guys in the back have helped me with a couple of projects on the house I bought here. They know what they are talking about so far.

Great spot for items that are hard to find. Knowledgeable salespeople help you find what you need. The only downfall? You cant stay long. When we were there, the public bathroom was inoperable.

I first went in, 07/03/20, and found out they did not have the EGO string trimmer I wanted and that it should be in in about 1 1/2 weeks, I was good with that. I went in a week later and asked if it will be in soon and was told it would be another week wait because of the virus thing, ok. I went in 5 days later to enquire and was told they were not sure because of the virus. Sent an email yesterday and just got an email today from Steve and he said it will be 08/13/20. Unacceptable, different answers from different people. PLease do not sell unless you are 100% sure. Will not order anything from them again.

Its one of the better hardware stores in town. Very low-key. The staff are friendly if a bit checked out. They have a large key section in the back which is why most people come in. They have lots of items that Walmart doesnt though be prepared to spend. Ive noticed that price points are high. Overall its fine.

They always have what Im looking for . If I need help all Ive to do is ask.

Went in looking for an air conditioner. They were out, but took my name and number and called me when their next shipment came in. During the call they offered to hold one for me until I could get there in-person to look at it.This is the only place I take my Stihl products to be tuned.

This store is like an old general store. It has everything ...electrical, pet, gardening, fencing, plumbing, ...I like it. Nicely arranged, they are happy to help you but you may have to ask because most people know what they want when the come in.

This is the best Ace Hardware I’ve been to. The employees are very helpful, & incredibly knowledgable. I’ve worked all over Oklahoma & I’ve been to about 8 different Ace Hardwares. None of them have been as helpful as this one. That’s why I leaving this review. I’ll go out of my way to come here for now on.

Not at all like other Aces. Blasting stupid redneck cuntry music. About 5 guys always sitting in the back sharpening pocket knives and talking about working. I walked around for 10 minutes looking for something and never got helped. This is why local businesses arent surviving. 5 star reviews are from single reviewers.
