First, I love all the different seasonal scents. Second, their staff is always so helpful and friendly. Third, the store is incredibly clean and organized.

Always a sale on something! Intermittently they have limited unique specialty items. I bought a glass pineapple that lights up with a bubbly affect.

Love a lot of the products there but they are so over priced, come on $24.50 for candles! I wait for the sales then buy. The problem is they keep upping the price every year on things, pretty soon no one is going to want to buy. Then that will lead them into bankrupt or go out of business. Make your prices more reasonable, am sure you will get a lot more customers. I will still buy but only when it is on sale.

My hubby took me here for Valentines Day a few months ago, and I was just floored by the amazing smells and selection and cute Packaging that just a bounds in this store! And when my sniffer was giving out, a very kind employee told me to smell my own shoulder which brought my sniffer back into working condition and allowed me to continue to enjoy all the amazing fragrances. I would advise any man looking for a gift for his woman to go here! The employees are so friendly they will absolutely help you out, like they did my husband.

Love this store, everyone is so helpful, especially Terri. She goes above and beyond. Not only was she oh so helpful she was happy and ever so pleasant to be around. So when I have an entire cabinet full of bath and body works and I am broke, I can blame Terri, LoL. I will be back at look at least 30 times before Christmas

There is so much good stuff here! Sales are frequent and they text you coupons. A big supply of as seen on TV lives here too. I buy my pillows and sheets and candles here. There are several pictures hanging in my home that have been purchased here. Kitchen items galore, pots and pans, blenders, you name it.

Its nice in there. I feel like the employees profile you. If you look nice, they make a point to really try and help you out. I went in dressed very casual and one girl talked to me for a about 30 seconds then went back to the other section of the store. Once I had made my selection, I wasnt quite sure where to check out, I walked over to where the girls were talking and just sort of shrugged until one of them asked if I was ready to check out. Of course once the first girl saw how much stuff I was buying, she made a comment about whether or not she helped me - I assume this was more to inform the cashier that she had talked to me so that she would get the sales points.

I do love the products here. Prices add up quickly though. Awesome help if needed.

The staff is always super helpful and perky when I come in there and they are not stalking me like other stores I have visited. Plus they almost always have a sale going on which makes it easy for me to buy several lotions/candles/washes all in one trip!

Love this store. I wait for the big Simi annual sales everything is like 50-75% off. Lots of great options. Great smelling candles and airfreshners. Friendly staff. They almost always have the buy 3 get 2 sale or the buy2 get 1 free.
