I initially spoke with Felix over the phone prior to coming to the store who was courteous and knew exactly what to do for my audio/stereo needs and quickly invited me down to have the car looked at. From the time I walked in I was greeted with the utmost professionalism and acknowledgment to my issue. I met with Aaron who was extremely knowledgeable and respectful to my issue and was more than hands on by coming outside to investigate the root of my problem...well he found it and saved me a boat load of money by showing the source of my problem which didnt involve money at all. I can honestly say he could have taken advantage of me and my time but his team was honest, straight forward and respectful to my concerns fixing and addressing my audio needs as promoted. This is a gem of a place and folks to do business with.. I got bit by the audio bug and started with wanting to upgrade to a nicer five channel and two channel Parasound Amp, and just went with the web reviews and started interacting with David at this store from across the country. What a pleasure it has been, every transaction since then has made me just keep going back with utter confidence. Just plain, kind, honest and superfast transactions.. One of the recent transaction where I was accommodated for something that went beyond the store policy was an absolute mark of their every effort to make a fellow human happier.. I got what I thought at the time was a great buy on some Klipsch tower speakers for a home theater was building. I didnt initially open the boxes because I wasnt ready for them yet (& very limited storage area). When it was time to install them, I opened them up & one of them was in pieces. It obviously was dropped & although the box wasnt significantly damaged, the speaker was like I said in pieces. I contacted Safe and Sound the next morning & they TOTALLY took care of me. I now have two perfect speakers for my perfect home theater. I also bought a Marantz preamp processor from them. It rocks. I will be doing more business with Safe and Sound in the near & distant future. Thanks guys.

Such a great store with awesome customer experience. After viewing their great website I wanted to see what this place is about. Im located almost 2 hours away and I called Aaron to arrange a demo of some Octave amps, I got the entire afternoon of listening without interruption or pressure. Its been about a year now since I had Safe & Sound do an install on my vehicle. I usually try to wait a little bit before leaving a review so Ive had time to experience the work done. Aaron was very knowledgeable, nice and took the time to describe everything to me.I went there with a brand new BMW and was a little concerned about having someone work on it, removing door panels, seats, etc. but it all turned out great with absolutely no issues. Aaron first contacted the vendor to ensure their speakers would work with my car by verifying the VIN since it was a 2020. We talked about budget and which changes would make the most improvement within that budget.Everyone there seemed very professional and treated my vehicle with the utmost care. The car had pretty good speakers from the factory but there were still issues with the sound for me. I noticed a big improvement with the new ones and love listening to music in the car now.I hope to work with them again and create a good setup for my home.

Got a new head unit, car starter and back up camera installed with wireless screen mirroring. All done in one day. Constant communication throughout the process from S&S. Everything is clean and tidy. They even made my cigarette lighter a constant charger even when the truck is off and replaced a sensor for me so I didn’t need to go someplace else. I recently purchased a NAD amp with blue OS, and I had a hard time connecting the blue OS wirelessly. The people at NAD helped me for over an hour, and arduously trying everything, but were unable to connect the player. They told me to contact the seller. I got Aaron on the phone and he was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in about 20 minutes. This he did professionally, adeptly, kindly, and with running instructions and explanations for me. He had thorough knowledge of all factors. I was hugely impressed with the quality of the service he provided. Be sure that my future audio purchases will be through this company.

My son and I both have made purchases here in the last couple of months. I am reasonably local, (an hour drive) so visited the store both times. Both times we worked with Aaron and have a great experience. Aaron spent significant time installing my mid-1980s cartridge in a new turntable. He was determined to get it right needing to modify screws and modifying hex driver to adjust the cueing lever because the hex nut was tiny! Highly recommend this store.

After some serious research, I bought a pair of Definitive Technology in-wall subwoofers from Safe and Sound. Incredible price and fast shipping. Well, unfortunately, the speakers didn’t work in my stud cavities and WAF was very low. I asked if I could return and I was quickly provided return labels and a very prompt refund upon receipt. While the electronics didn’t work for me, I’m really happy to recommend these guys as prices and service were excellent! I’ll definitely shop with them again.

I have no clue or idea even where to even start. I came in as a stranger an I left feeling like family. Aaron and Scott are just two best business people I have ever met. My installer was really busy unfortunately an they basically guided me and helped me as I was able to do the install myself with there help, without any knowledge or experience at all. You can buy with confidence! Safe and Sound is a high quality seller of high-end audio. Their customer service is second to none and their staff is responsive and knowledgeable. I bought a refurbished unit from them and had a serious problem that was not their fault. The unit slipped off the styrofoam inside the factory sealed box and got damaged in transportation. They immediately issued a refund and, Dave, who called me in literally 10 minutes after my email, went out of his way to find a possible replacement option. He could not offer the same unit but offered to drop the price on the new model to come close to what I paid, while not being pushy at all. I relied on his advise in terms of how the units compare and it was spot on. At the end I got a much, much better amp for not much more and everything happened within just a week with their lighting fast shipping. Seriously, who does that these days? Most sellers will just issue a refund and call it day, especially if it is not their fault. Well, not safe&sound.

I wish I were closer to Massachusetts so that I could go shop there in person and purchase the products they arent able to offer online.Ive had 5 pieces shipped to me in Illinois and all were beautifully packed and arrived in good order. Wow! A small little shop up in Massachusetts won our business from Houston TX, and thank God they did. This is without a doubt the best place you can buy from, regardless of where you are located. You get small Mom and pop service with national/ global capability. Safe & Sound is the place to go if you want a quality system designed by car- and home- audio experts. I brought in my Honda Fit, and although space is very limited in the car, Kevin & Dave installed a superb sound quality system at an excellent price. They have high quality products to fit every budget, and the install is sharp & professional.
