Sorry had to lower my rating when I finally got to sit down. And try to relaxed. The subway in there is used more like a break room for walmart employs. Not friendly environment yelling across subway. Hope you can get things better soon.

Very busy store but needs to have product stocked a little better. I like self check out .Cher is awesome and very helpful. I would like to see staff at the jewelery counter a little more.

Worst Wal-Mart in America. Lines galore at self checkout,No one working the service desk and I had to go to a regular cashier which BTW they do not sanitize or clean between customers. Its a place to get Covid not the covid vaccine. No employees wearing masks either. They lack parking. Big hint how horrific this Wal-Mart is by looking at the 2 spaces reserved for police. Also everything you need is behind glass. Trying to get someone to help you is pathetic.

The I Fix and Repair at the Westfield Walmart is a scam! They charged me $260 to repair my screen. After I left with my fixed screen, I realized they had ruined my camera, it could no longer take pictures.I brought it back for them to return it to the original condition. They could not, because they had repaired my screen with reconditioned parts. NOT new parts. My phone camera never worked properly again. The young man told me, I can fix the camera (that he broke!) For $185...I give you discount.Warning: this place is a scam -- Do not bring your phones here!!

Three registers open. An hour wait in line. Cold groceries now warm. Banged on pickup door as told to pick up online purchase. No one came. And a lot of the food looks like it is spoiling. Insane in this place! Never going there again.

ITS RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!! Like 600 + people and only 1 open lane. The rest are scan yourself and lines are not only really long but also filled with people who have no clue how to scan themselves. Soooo is Walmart not only gonna start training but paying us to scan ourselves ? Also, I am physically disabled and there is NEVER a motorized cart. I have even in massive pain cause I had no choice, walked around the entire store and found no one in a cart, and left with still none up front. So for me I have been made to feel as if Walmart does not care as long as their getting my money.

Very impressed when compared to the ones Ive been to in Massachusetts! Clean & stocked. The customers were dressed not walking around in their pajamas! Like all the others however, most registers were closed which makes no sense to me.

To a certain extent, Good.... The workers are polite. But other things....... The bathrooms are Nasty, (and that if their open), and the worse thing...... Registers ! There are like 15 but only 1 or 2 cashiers...... Everyone is forced to check themselves out ! Waiting on my paycheck!

Well it is a bigger Walmart.That is the only positive about it. There is a stop sign in front half painted in the front of their parking lot. I didnt see anyone slow down either. I think it was because the stop on the pavement was almost gone. My car was almost hit coming into the lot. I didnt see anyone working on the floor here. I needed help so I tried to go to the electronics section to ask as they have a register there. The employee didnt speak a word of English. I gave up and left without purchasing anything because no one would help me find what I came there for. On the way out I stopped by the bathroom. Wish I didnt. It was scary scary.

I have so many mixed feelings about this particular location. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the employees, they are great; super helpful and understanding. My only disdain comes to the tidiness of the store and lack of availability of products. Otherwise this location is normally my go to!

Way too big. Home dial scale in obscure aisle, walked for a good 12 minutes. Workers were helpful but not many of them. I guess locals always know the stores best.

Its not safe to shop at this store. My husband and I are in our 60s and when we came out to get in our car we were assaulted verbally and physically by another person parked in front of us because I left our carriage in front of our car to the side. WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!

Went to buy a phone. They had a bunch of the cardboard phone slips but when i went to purchase they had none in stocc... if they dont have them take out the freekin cardboard sleeves!!!! Bakery had nice cakes tho had to wait on price checc bc none of the pou d cakes had barcodes on them.... and light was on at reg but no one was at reg....

The place is huuuuge and definitely is a one stop shop for all your needs. But its has a dirty feel and some of the customers and employees are ghetto and ratchet. Just no class so be prepared for that.Other than that, this is the place to go to for all your shopping needs.

I think this store Sucks in so many ways. I would rather go to Salvation Army store. I think got a pulse, your a manager. But if they only had a Brain !!!

Big Walmart. Great values.They pretty much have everything you need at cheap prices.Good grocery store with lots of brands. Nice electronics section, they even sell used video games. Clean bathrooms and there is also a Subway restaurant inside as well as Redbox DVD and video game rental machine. There is also a pharmacy. Gets crowded on weekends. I like to go early in the morning to do my shopping. The self checkout lanes are awesome, no need to wait in line. There is always a member of the Walmart team ready to help or assist. Parking lot is huge with security patrolling in vehicles.

I have an abundance of empathy for the employees who work at that particular Walmart. Besides the Walmart on Boston Rd, Springfield. Its close to being the worst. And Ive been to Walmarts as far down as Florida. I dont even give it a star.👎

Basically the Walmart in Chicopee has gone downhill I dont know if it has something to do with covid or just not enough product. The shelves are completely empty and the place is an absolute mess. I was very discouraged I will not shop there again.

Store was pretty well organized but very busy in the Sat. afternoon we were there. Seemed a little dirty in some store areas. Got nails done in the salon and then shopped. Check out lines were a LONG wait! Lots of staff seemed to be standing around while others were really busy.

This walmart is so unorganized and unclean and rude employees and never anybody around to help you. I bring my business to other Walmart before this one any day.

Despite allot of complaints I hear about Wal-Mart, Ive only had positive experiences myself. Ordering online whether groceries or merchandise and picking up curbside is a great feature! Ill keep going back as long as I dont have issues!

This was the first time that I ordered online and did an in-store pick up. What a great system! The big vending machine was amazing! Scan the code on your phone and BOOM! Your order comes out of the window ready to go! Ill definitely do that again!

The crew in the parking lot work hard to keep carts stocked in the store and from piling up in parking spots and hitting cars. Mr. Big is always extremely polite, helpful, and entertaining.

I like the prizes,they have everything I need and their workers are very polite

This store is horrible.. they have but 4 normal registers opened at all times and rely solely on the self checkout lines.. as of lately the store is usually dirty and under stocked..

Money service is rather efficient

Just a regular Walmart that you need to go to sometimes. Two huge ice coolers totally empty. How and why? Family restroom (we have an elderly mom that needs us to wheel her in) is in the total back of the store. Typical staff that either ignore you or look at you but play with their phone. If I had an option to shop a mom and pop store for the items I need, I would and happily pay more. Anytime I can, I skip Walmart and Home Depot and use County True Value.

Always good experience there and great prices.

As a handicapped person,was very frustrated with the fact they had no working electric carts. I was unable to complete my shopping because the carts were all out of order.

This Walmart is ALWAYS packed. They never have what I’m looking for because they have so many boxes that I feel like nobody is ever putting away on the shelf. The workers are rude and won’t say excuse me if they’re pushing a cart of something past you . They kind of just expect you to not be in the way. Every time I ask a worker for help I get told they don’t know the answer to my question. I would say they’re relatively dirty as well. Doesn’t look kept up on.

Grocery + retail. This store is nearly always busy. Employees are nice but the low numbers of cashiers often results in 15 minute lines.But hey, its Walmart.

I just had a gem of an associate help me in the paint department. His name was Aaron and I would like to thank Walmart for hiring him. I didnt even buy anything because they were out of stock but he tried in every way to help! Awesome guy!

As far as most Walmarts goes.. This one was near and orderly.. If I have an issue with an online order is immediately fixed

Signs said about facial covering was suggested...being the time...2021 not everyone was wearing facial coverings. We found what we needed (for my daughters move in day to college).

Picked over. Shelves often half empty. The toy department forget it, everytime I take my 8 year old there and say let’s pick out a toy he can’t find nothing. Walmart restock and start carrying better toys and more of a variety

Unfortunately Ive been to a lot of different Walmarts across the country, and this one is definitely in the top 5 worst ones Ive been to. It never seems clean, its relatively small, the people that work there never know where anything is, and it always is a mess. Its just convenient if you need an item or two and cant get it anywhere else in town.

One of the nicer walmarts around nice drive out to it if I have the time this is the one I will visit

If it were not for their pricing, I would never step foot in Walmart again. I went the Walmart in Chicopee last. I had to pickup a few things. I needed shaving creamLow and behold the entire shaving care aisle was under lock and key. A button to call for assistance is provided. I pressed and waited and waited and... You get the point finally a clerk strolled over seaming put out having to open up the locked case. She was condescending and rather rude. There were 2 other customers waiting with me as well. I will from now on reconsider my shopping choices. Thanks for nothing!

Recently went to Walmart for a Dutch oven for a Birthday Present and only one choice very disappointed

Mad, crazy, crowded when I was there. There was quite a bit of disarray due to the fact that they were stocking the shelves during a busy time of day. The store manager needs to be in better control of how his store is being run by his employees, period.

Walmart store is very diverse, you can find anything. I think it should have a few more sanitizing stations. Besides that its very clean, organize and customer service are nice.

DO NOT USE THIS WALMART FOR AUTO REPAIR!! Asked for a oil change and not even 24 hours later my car leaked the oil so bad I have to get it done again. Did not have this leak before coming here and not a coincidence that it happened as they were douchbags from the start (shouldve walked away) . Worst $50 I have ever spent in my life and worst costumer service they could have possibly provided.

Other than the fact that its crowded right now due to everyone spending their stimulus checks and small minded people trying to stuff 65 inch tvs in their small SUVs or cars its an OK place to shop and is normally stocked and not as crowded. I normally shop here all the time

This Walmart is located in the Chicopee Marketplace, which is located right off of I-90. There are many other stores and restaurant options at this location, which is nice. This Walmart location is always a hassle to check out from, no matter what time of day is always a wait for either the self checking or regular checkout lines.There is a new online pick-up option. Its a large orange tower in the center of the checkout lines. You need to scan your phone or type on your order number to check - in, and any item smaller than an X-Box will be dispensed to you by the automated process. Any items larger and you will need to go to the customer service line... Which seems to defeat the convenience of buying online.Avoid this place at the beginning of the month, it is frustratingly busy and the lines are unbearable.

But Walmart is turning is to small mall, why I say this they have restaurant inside or fast food, clothing store, grocery store, car place tires snd stuff like that. I try to avoid this place as much as possible. They usually only have 1 person working a register even though the lines for the self check out are always massive. Its typically dirty and a lot of items are misshelved. Tonight I grudgingly went there because it was late and better stores were closed. I arrived at 9:40 PM, and a guy named Anthony was blocking the entrance and turning away customers even though they didnt close until 10. I told the guy at the door that I wouldnt even be 5 minutes, and he didnt care. They dont care about their customers.
