Food is great...Marcus up front is a great guy. Older lady with short hair is a straight $&#%!$! She is very rude and even stares you down as if she owns the joint. I love the place and am waiting for Glenn to finally fire her to be able to go back frequently....like before.Also Marissa is the best...Lisa is great too and her girls.

Very good breakfast.There usually is a long line of people waiting to go in, so go earlier.I had steak and eggs with shredded potatoes.I happen to like shredded potatoes more than hash browns. There is an upcharge but they are good.The steak I had was thin but cooked exactly how I wanted it.You wont be disappointed with a breakfast here.

Me, my Mom, my Brother, and Gary went out for a Sunday Morning Breakfast...This is a great place to have a wonderful breakfast...their omelets and Apple Pancakes were absolutely mind blowing!!!

Service was great. Staff was wonderful and when I asked about the omelette she told me whatever I wanted on the list was fine. This was a nice surprise. Food came out quick and I was so pleased to see that my eggs were not swimming in butter/grease! Spouse’s meal was just as good. Missed out on the homemade cinnamon toast but the cranberry was very good. We’ll be back soon.

My favorite place to go to breakfast each week if I can, the food is absolutely amazing and the service just completes the experience I always make sure to tip well they deserve it the food is always fast even when crowded! Just overall an amazing place to eat

Great Mass Hash.Big portion of hash with 2 over easy eggs on top. The server / chef was very friendly and super fast with the order. The rye toast and breakfast sausage were also very good. The place has that nice well worn ambiance. Lots of locals here too, that speaks volumes to the quality.

I highly recommend the French toast, it was scrumptious and everything was great. I heard a lot of people like this place and that its a local gem. The atmosphere of it was calm and overall if your going to get some breakfast, go here.

What a great place! My first time here, I only knew of it because my wife had won a gift card.Went on a Sunday morning, we lucked out apparently, and was able to get a seat without a wait. Covid protocols are in place, so theyre probably running at half capacity.Our waitress was great (Nicole) and we were pleased with the food. We will come back now that I know about Copperline.

The last few times I have eaten there the service was subpar. Long lines with no estimated wait times. Food came either wrong or late. Today I stood there waiting to be added to the lost for 10 mins before anybody even said hello.. The only reason why it gets a 3 is because the food was actually good. Dont go there unless youre an early bird, or you may never get seated

Does it live up to the hype?YES!Breakfast options are plentiful... Eggs, toast, home fries, French toast, pancakes, omelets, bacon, sausage, kielbasa, ham, steak, hash, wraps... ETC!Plates are super affordable and portions are generous so show up hungry!I ordered the banana bread French toast.. comes lightly dusted with powered sugar... Added a side of bacon. To be honest, I tried my best, but could not finish it... It was excellent, but I was stuffed!Coffee is good and the servers are extremely attentive when it comes to refills.Atmosphere / ambiance - It is a bit small, so expect a moderate wait at peak times (get there EARLY)... Can be sort-of chaotic when busy. However, there is Keno and a small window into their convenience store for scratch tickets. ; - )Cleanliness - tables, silverware and cups were all extremely clean and well cared for.Service - Wait staff were extremely pleasant, food came out of the kitchen super quick. Coffee never did go empty due to the attentiveness of the servers! Well done!Food - EXCELLENT! Breakfast comfort at its finest!Definitely, without a doubt, my favorite breakfast place!!!

Food is pretty good when you dine in but service could be way better. My first time doing take out here, I came to pick up my breakfast & the price was way more than I expected. I explained that the prices were different online. The waitress went to explain to the owner that the price was wrong online. He was very rude & replied, NO! The waitress came back & apologized. She showed me the current prices on the screen & asked if I still wanted the order. She mentioned if she could take off a couple bucks she wouldve. I explained that I do want my breakfast but I ordered my meal based off of the prices that I seen so its their mistake not mine.While waiting to get my food, I overhear my waitress & another speaking to each other. They were saying that the prices are wrong online, the owner never changes it but he really should.At least I know that others agreed I wasnt treated fairly as a paying customer. The owner seemed to careless about my issue. Ive come here for years, introducing all my loved ones to this place. He lost a customer thats for sure.

My favorite greasy spoon in Western Mass. we travel from Holyoke. The food is cheap and delicious. Exactly what youd expect. Just love this lil place. Try to go on a weekday morning, suuuuper long waits on the weekend! Still totally worth it.

I had them cater my kids party and not only were they very kind and helpful, their food was fantastic!!!! I had so many compliments from the guest on how good the food was. The prices beat everyone else I received a quote from also. Thanks so much for making my party such a success!!!! I will be using them again for sure.

What a waste of time...we arrived at 10:30am and we were asked to wait 30 minutes for a seat. After almost 40 minutes waiting for a saet we waited another hour for our meal which NEMy husband asked Management politely what was the hold up and his response was so rude and unwarranted frustration towards us. We never had the opportunity to eat their food because we left after feeling insulted. The servers were not helpful and forgot about us. She only came with coffee after being prompted several times to do so. If youre thinking about eating here I would reconsider based on the lack of respect and hospitality. We will never go back there, Im sure there are plenty of amazing restaurants with amazing customer service that will accommodate us.

Everything on the menu is GREAT. This place is owned by to chefs. Excellent options including the best hash on the planet. A lot of creative specials and friendly service. Make Copperline a regular spot.

Not horrible but not phenomenal either. First time there, didn’t know it was seat yourself & employees walked by us a good 4 of them for about 10 minutes before someone told us we could sit anywhere. Ordered an omelette that had a thin layer of egg & my plate had a hair on it. Didn’t complain since I felt awkward no one told us we could sit anywhere for so long. 3 stars because of the prices, nothing more.

Delicious breakfast

Todays my birthday, and I usually like to go out for breakfast on my birthday. Given the pandemic, I decided to do takeout instead. I called up at 10:37am & placed my order for a copperline special with bacon. The woman I spoke to said it would be a half hour at least. So I knew Id be in for a wait. I went in for 11:10am to check if my food was ready, I wanted to let them know I was there to pick up at least even though I figured it would be longer. I was told that my order would be ready shortly. I decided to wait inside since it sounded like my order was going to be ready any minute. Over the next 45 minutes waitresses regularly asked for the order name and checked the kitchen as I waited. One apologized and said she felt bad. It seemed like a kitchen issue at first, and I thought to myself its a pandemic, everythings weird and chaotic. Were all doing our best even after 1135am when it was nearly an hour since I had placed my order. Around 1150am or so, someone came up one last time to ask my name and went to the kitchen area. At this point I was thinking about just walking out, but thought the moment I do is when my food will finally be ready and I can eat. Then someone came back over and asked if I ordered via doordash or called in. I asked if I should even bother waiting at this pint and asked if someone was currently making my food. She seemed kind of at a loss for words, (this was also the only waitress who had apologized to me) and didnt seem to know where my order was. I was so hungry and exhausted with waiting, nearly an hour and a hald after placing my order and over 45 minutes of waiting.... only to be asked how I placed my order because they had clearly lost it....that I just walked out. I didnt think eggs, bacon, home fries, and pancakes in a takeout container were too much to ask of the universe for my birthday. Thankfully Petros has a much more organized system and when I called them and asked how long the wait would be they were able to make me a breakfast within 20 minutes. Unfortunately I was so hungry and frazzled after my experience with Copperline that I forgot parts of my order and didnt end up with everything I had wanted for my birthday breakfast (I forgot homefries and I love me some breakfast potatoes 😭. ) Ive wanted to go to Copperline for awhile now, and while a pandemic certainly doesnt make for ideal circumstances, and everything is more complicated now than before....it was absolutely unacceptable to have lost my order and only just realize it and start to investigate after 45 minutes of waiting and an hour and a half after I first placed my order. I dont think I could ever go back after this awful first experience. Shout out to Petros for saving the day!

The Waitresses here are great. Very attentive. The food is always consistently good. Hot and served quickly. The thing you need to know is that it is very much a popular spot for breakfast throughout the mornings. Its not extremely large so parking can be a little bit difficult and you might have to be prepared to wait a bit but having said that even if you do you will be served quickly once you get a seat. The Waitresses are always hopping. Keno is available and lottery tickets and snacks are available in the store at joining the restaurant.

We Google searched breakfast places while traveling and it sounded just right for a quick, made to order breakfast. We were very pleased with our choice!
