Went into the store today for the very first time, I am a Chicopee local who has never gone in, went in there this morning just to look around and see if they had something I was looking for, woman behind the counter was very rude in the way that she approached me, she was essentially asking me if I needed help finding anything but the way she went about it was super rude, I was in the back of the store looking at something and she yelled pretty rudely, hey! Hey! Can I help you find anything? and when I didnt respond right away she then rudely stated, hello hello Im over here right here. I walked out of the store after that I dont recommend spending any of your money there, Larrys Hardware in Chicopee is amazing little hardware store and hes super friendly and they have everything. This place is horrible,

Could be oldest hardware store in the city. Friendly owners and good prices. Definitely will take you back in time. Old wooden floors. Nothing has been updated nearly 100 years.Its like going back in time.
