Throughout my 10 years at hoppe I have been able to start and maintain a career. Starting as a Co-op student in high school, accepting a full time job upon graduation. now 10 years later I am in a management role after running machines for a decade. Ive been employed at Hoppe since 1984. I have had many opportunities over the years for advancement within the company, starting off as a Machinist, graduating to Programmer, Team Leader, and to my current position in Maintenance. Hoppe is committed to a clean, safe working environment. We have a Safety Committee with monthly meetings and a Safety Solutions Program that rewards employees who write up safety issues. We have monthly Safety Audits and a weekly Maintenance Huddle to go over Safety Solutions. Many employees have begun their careers right out of high school and have advanced to Leadership Positions. At Hoppe, there are plenty of advancement opportunities available to those who show initiative and want to advance.

This is the best company that Ive ever worked for. Everyone works together as a team and that makes every day enjoyable here. I can see myself retiring here.

I have been working there since 2004 .The company is under new management and thing are getting much better. And the company as a whole is growing.

Horrible company, they cant keep anyone. Then when i had to quit, they refuse pay me days worked dsy and unused vacation. Then million osha violations, that dont get fixed, even when bring up every week.

Horrible company, they dont care about safety, or keeping workers happy. Dont work here, unless its only option. Then take off soon possible
