I love it! Full of birds, tucked away in suburban tree filled, quiet area with wonderful people (& their pets) who live there!!

We moved in about a month ago and I really like it. Its quiet and our surrounding neighbors are very nice and welcomed us into this little quiet community. I do wish the roads were a bit wider though, but it is what it is.

I’ve never seen so many blue birds....no wonder why they call it Blue Bird Acres

Nice little community with good people the grounds department could use some help though

Would be nice and if they have side walks around the place along with widening the roadway
