These guys are great! Brought in my old Cadillac for an exhaust repair. Turns out the manifold was cracked and is no longer available. We found one used for just under $1000. Gibby spent a week searching and was able to find someone who could repair my old manifold. That only cost me $250. They also tracked down a mysterious brake problem, got the timing set on the ignition and 1drained about 12 gallons of varnish from the cars fuel tank. The total bill was far less than what I had expected to pay, although it wasnt cheap. Top Quality did a ton of work to my car and Im very satisfied.

We took the vehicle to them. They said that it was the battery cost us 180. Car died again took a back they said it was the alternator cost us 350. Then she took the car away from the business and on the road then the check engine light came on. Then they said it was something else again. And then this whole time we were paying for all the repairs and nothing was getting fixed because just recently her car died again so now we will be taking it somewhere else and never used this business ever again for anything not even for an oil change.

Took my vehicle in for ac work, the charged the system, and my ac compressor would not engage as suppose to when the system is full of Freon, after waiting 5-6 hours I was told I had a broken wire and was charged $160, I knew that was not the case, took to another independent shop where the compressor was replaced and system filled and ac system worked as should with no other issues. Do not recommend taking for any work

WELL where do start... about a year ago I call get an appointment for my car to get tires.. go to my appt sit there and wait while they do tires . Guy brings me my keys says all done.. I pull out and i feel like I am driving a tank. Take it back and they put wrong tires on my car. So now a year later My daughter goes and gets tires and again we pull out and driving a tank again... Go back again they have put wrong tires on her vehicle so again wait to get correct tires put on correctly... so now they have been on about a month wires are showing on both front tires. She takes it back today and tell her it is her fault she should have had it aligned ok her mistake but she wasnt told that they didnt align it. Would have been nice for them to communicate that to her not all women are car savvy!! So now she has to have new tires again about $400 mistake But will tell you one thing Top Quality will not get a 3rd chance to mess up....POOR SERVICE!!

Jr. Is losing out with those dumbasses working for him. The thick guy didnt listen to a damn thing I asked. Wanted an appointment so they wouldnt have it forever but he said drop it off and hed try to squeeze it in sometime when he could.

Ive come here several times to get prices. Problem is, Everytime I come here it seems to be social hour between the staff and people just hanging out. Ive also called them to check on tires for my vehicle twice. Was told on both occasions to either call later, or take my number and they will return my call which never happens.
