Love shopping at J.c.penneys. Ive been going to this particular store my whole life. There is a new Sephora store inside now. So glad to hear that this isnt one of the J.c.penneys stores that will be closing.

Yes. JCPenney stores still exist, and this one has been anchoring a strip mall in Chillicothe for over half a century. During a time when its hard to find good help, the staff here is excellent.

We went here suggesting that maybe my husband might find some slacks. Its been about 2-3 years since Ive been in a Penney store and still didnt get anything as before.

I know others may love this JC Penny but in my last 6 trips there I purchased 1 thing. The store is huge and clean, I just never find anything. Here are a few things I have shopped for but then went somewhere else; shoes, purse, wallet, kids snow boots and towels.

Great return policy. They made it very easy, even though I forgot my card and couldnt find the exact same item.

Store is clean and uncluttered, staff are friendly and attentive. Lots of good deals going on for Christmas. We got a great deal on a gaming headset and keyboard for $40. It was half price. Also great jewelry sales.

Mr Michael at the counter was extremely nice both on phone and when I was in store. He takes his time with customer. Is respectful and even comes to help you by accompanying to the aisle.

Have always loved JCPenney. I remember in intetmediate school always going there to get my black and white saddle oxfords.Everyone loved those shoes.Id love to have a pair now.

Tara Machesney was very helpful assisting me at the counter. I was paying my Moms bill and she was very knowledgeable as how to do the transaction. Store needs more XL & XXL sizes on Nike since the styles have been made a size smaller with their crazy tagging of regular fit, standard fit and Athletic cut. Which is less material and same or higher price. Need more loose fit.

Always find what were looking for and more! Clothes shoes and Sephora! I love this place. And typically there are usually some kind of sales going on.

Very nice selection for us big guys! Its also nice not having to drive to Columbus for quality clothes.

Usually an expected good service event and no real negative thing to report. Good store, good service and generally satisfied. Cant ask for more.

No longer carrying dress clothes in Big Man sizes. Very disappointed.

Went to look for a interview outfit for the wife and couldnt find much for her. They dont have much for a person in their 20s trying to look professional. But if you want to look active or pay $50 for a Nike t-shirt then this is the place for you. Nice store and the layout is nice. Might go back but not for business clothing.

Found what I needed and good sale.

I took my clothes to match, as a nieces wedding is tomorrow and Im not sure what outfit to wear. I let them know I had these things with me and all was fine. Also found pretty, well made bath towels to add to my gift, and sunglasses for the hubby, and was able to stick with just the cash! Taylor and other women very nice and helpful.

JCPenney had a big selection of most things except shoes and girls dresses. Overall I am pleased with the changes that are being made to reach out to everyone!

Store is cramped. Products are so crowded together one bumps into other racks while trying to shop. Clearance areas are mayhem. Check out clerks are friendly. Grateful Penneys changed their catalog pick up back to Customer Service area instead of making the clerks leave their register to get the order. Did not shop online here at Christmas because of that ridiculous policy.

Store was clean, displayed large yellow clearance signs seen when entering store. Staff friendly & quick to assist me. Womens restroom was clean. Great shopping experience.

I enjoy shopping there. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. The store looks very clean and organized. Amy Olson is doing a great job. She worked with me at Bon Ton and she worked continuously to make our store look good and I really think she is an asset to J C Penney s. One day I may apply to work at Penneys also.

Cashier, Michael, was very pleasant and helpful. He encouraged us to get the Penneys app. Seems he is a valuable employee.

Visited salon. Loved the stylist she was understanding, helpful, took time to listen to my concerns and helped cut my hair fixing mistake from Fiesta. Looked great!

Wow. So disappointed. The salon has been going down for awhile. Now hit bottom. I just recently found out the best hair dresser Michelle is no longer working in the salon. First, she was the best. Ive been to one of the young ones and waste of money. And second, talking about other people behind their backs shows that this salon has no character or value. I hope I can get in contact with Michele.

JCPenneys store in Chillicothe Ohio looks like a fine store for shopping. My girlfriend and I stopped there to get a few things for her and she really enjoyed the ring when I paid for it. I plan to go back there often whenever I need good clothing or shoes or anything like that.

I LOVE this Penny’s. The workers are always nice and the prices are always low. I always find the clothes I want from bathing suits to church dresses. This would have to be one of my favorite stores in Chillicothe!!!!!

Store doesnt have half of the merchandise that other JcPennys have. Im kind of surprised it stays Im business. Can find good deals occasionally but if you live close to a different store location Id definitely go there instead

Very rude staff. Pregnant wife asked to be fitted for a bra and the staff was unproffesional and snickering and then didnt seem confident when they said her size and told her maybe she should try somewhere else. We will be sticking with Kohls from now on.
