Edit: Shortly after writing this review I had them come out and look at the both as the buzzing grew louder. Extremely friendly and professional. Took their time to explain things and allow us to ask questions. They were able to fix the problem right away as well as fix two additional outlets in our home. Very impressed with the quality of service received and will continue to use in the future as we update our home.**********We are first time home owners so everything is a learning experience for us right now. Last night we noticed our fuse box was loudly buzzing after plugging in Christmas Lights. I thought to myself great I know nothing about electricity other than “that’s not normal” and secondly have no idea who to even call as we are not originally from here. I came across Bright Solutions on Google after taking the time to read each review decided to try them. I called shortly after waking up. Based on my over the phone experience alone I completely understand and agree with the 5 star reviews. The lady I spoke to over the phone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She took her time to explain and help me troubleshoot possible causes. I was/am very impressed by the service she provided as it’s rare to see that now a days. In the future we want to upgrade our amp service and based upon service provided over the phone alone have no doubt that this is the company we will use. Thank you.

I knew that Casey did that kind of work, decided that I would check my ego at the door and ask him A COMPETITOR FOR ADVICE! I called his office left a message explaining my problem, and thought id never get a call back. I WAS WRONG!!! His wife returned my call and told me Casey was in the field and he would give me a call. Well he did call me back, and explained to me in detail what I needed to do and never showed no ill will, was not condescending, belittling, I can go on. This company and its owners are GOOD PEOPLE! Im not a writer, so bare with me. I made the appointment. Casey arrived on time. He is a pleasant, happy personality to have in your home. He started work without delay. He changed several wall switched, replaced a kitchen ceiling light, fixed the kitchen light over the sink, replaced an outside plug, fixed my doorbell, and a bunch of other stuff in the garage. And he gave me an estimate for replacing the old fuse box in the basement. It cost less than taking my car to the mechanic. He answered all my questions. For all the reasons listed above, they deserved the five stars. Also, this is a family business, which I think is important, because I feel they try harder than a big company. Good place, good people.

Casey and his team are fantastic. He is honest, trustworthy, and a delight to work with. I have used him for three jobs since moving to Chillicothe and would not use anyone else. (Jobs included: Install of ceiling fan, install of dining room light fixture and install of large TV on stone wall.)
