I have gone to Mr. Henderson since I first got a car out here in 2013. As a young woman and a student, I wasn’t too car savvy and didn’t have my father nearby to help me out. But Mr Henderson kept it straight with me and always made sure my little cars were up and running. Black owned business with Great service and prices!

I was sad to see that mask wearing was not being enforced with customers or upheld by the staff themselves, some were wearing masks but taking them on and off and others not at all. I understand much of the work is outside so thats no problem but I had to wait outside since nobody in the waiting area was wearing a proper mask.The service was friendly and prompt and the pricing was not great but fair for the simple tire change and small tire I got but certainly not insanely high, $80. I also think its worth it to keep your money local rather than going with a chain. They are located very nearby to me so for the convenience and straight forward service I would return. But probably not during current times because of the masks.

I went the first time desperate to get my trunk latch fixed and it cost me around $500. I researched and the latch is cheap but this place charges you hours of labor ahead of time. I went the second time because I had some dashboard lights on. They did a scan and let me know the codes and told me the cost of repair would be about $2000. I left and figured since I am a woman they probably just start telling me anything. I went to meineke who told me my brake line was leaking and it would cost $600 so I go to Hendersons to see if they would be cheaper and nope, I was wrong. The charged me $89 for a scan, told me the codes, then said repair would be $2000. I told them no because I was told it was a leak and the guy was talking about replacing the master cylinder and other stuff. He gave us a sheet of results and repairs needed and as we leave out he says oh no wait there is a leak. I was upset because they never eyeballed my car just put a scanner. What kind of mechanic shop is this!?!?! They dont care period if you are a man or woman. I got my car fixed somewhere else for $175 and he is good. Do not waste your time!

Black owned business ran by an extremely experienced Master Mechanic Jim. This business has been around for a long time and the service is good!

Mr. Henderson will OVERPRICE parts and labor. Mr. Tony is a good mechanic but if hes busy you will get someone else. They will put a part on your car before giving you a price, then after its on overcharge you for it. Customer service is minimal and they arent informative. Its this one mechanic there thats short, dark skin and talks too much like hes a know it all, he is annoying. Ladies take a man with you but know this, if they cant get over one way be prepared to dish out the cash $$$ you will get got period.

Find another auto repair shop. I cant speak for all of the employees but the service I received from the mechanic fixing my car was terrible! There are far too many competitors in the area to deal with this kind of service.

Good work kind of high in the pricing. I paid more for the labor then the parts but never had a problem after they fixed it.

High priced! More like robbery. And they definately take advantage of women, they dont care. I got my car serviced there and not only did they neglect to tell me all the problems with my car but they charged me for things it didnt even need! On top of that there was oil spilt on my engine, screws still unscrewed from all they had done and, to top it off the mechanic messed with my electrical system attempting to show me what wires werent working properly, and as a result of that my radio no longer played after. If you are a woman, DO NOT bring you car here.

Diagnosed that I needed new spark plugs then tried to charge me $400 to change the spark plugs only and said it would be more if I got a tuneup. This place will try to scam you if you let them.

Says they open at 8AM. ITS 8:07.WHY ARE THEY STILL CLOSED?!
